    Today I started a lenghy project. Front Scanner is in, rest should be standard, Next lit kit will be an Ingram with working pat-lights?

    Shipping rates (SAL,EMS, etc) are set by the Post Office, online shop only add their handling and packaging fee. You can check the postal shipping fees on the English version of Japan Post.

    Thoughts in 'The Fool Nobunaga' kit. It comes with gold, silver, black and grey sprues lots of detail painting can be done with the supplied stickers. Kit should stand around 1/12 scale and can be displsyrd armored, unarmored or on the hoverbike. All in all nice kit with lots of parts and a nice paint job will make it shine even more.

    Forgot to add not a fan of 'One Piece' and think it runs too long like Naruto, etc. On same token I like some characters and enjoy the ship models coming of the series. To give you a price point those kits are 800yen each, I pay 500yen for a combini bento, happy set, etc. Average lunch here is between 800-12000Yen. Any kit below 1000yen I buy from loose change in my wallet, store points help with the bigger items(Yodo, etc).

    Added a Chopper Drill, my store has 3 of the 5 kits. Will also later have pics of my Hase 348TS Ferrari, still looking for a body colour besides Ferrari/Monza red. Gone a bit of Anime kits.

    Couldn't sleep well last night so I went to the Combini for a snack. Got the snack and a small One Piece plastic model. Yep, shops like 7-11 sell plamo and gunpla from time to time. Pics at around lunchtime. Got a Chopper Tank(One Piece) in 7-11 colours, assembly done but still need to apply stickers. There are more kits that can combine into a big Chopper Robot. Also need to check why my HLJ order is delayed, in Japan we now get FREE shipping for parcels over 8000Yen value.

    Bandai is reissuing all the 1/60 kits in a few months, pre-orders are up.

    Packing my bags and will catch the next Shuttle Bus to Takao station, if there are no changes I won't need to come back in 3 weeks. On TuesdayTuesday/Wednesday I should be receiving a delivery of Kits.

    Checked my PW got nearly all the kits I am after in it or ordered. Decision was made not to order anything new till Nov, after that only very little buying of selected items. Most likely very little Macross or Anime kits as they tend to be pricey. Happy that I got a call from my son and he is sending me a "The Fool Nobunaga" kit as a delayed Fathers day present. Kit looks nice from the Instructions.

    I don't see a relief in the near future, sagawa announced that they plan to hire 10000 housewives to make deliveries. Pension age will go up again soon as well as the next tax increase in a month. Problem is the VAT system that gets added at every step for everything incl utilities, base foods, etc. Just getting tough to get through the month on 8man/month and being stopped from working by doc.

    Something I have been fearing for some time might come true. Prices in Japan are skyrocketing especially Fruit and Vegetables, even pork now costs as much as beef. This means I have to scale kit building way back or even have to give it up in autumn.

    I do a lot of preorders, got one item right now where Hobby Search got the preorder up but waiting on HLJ. Shops will ask the supplier for x amount of kits and when they got the orders for those they will put an Order Stop on preorders. Preorders can open again if extra stock can be secured. Forgot one thing the stock indicators on HLJ are real time, often saw the stock indicator in my PW move to 'out of stock' or 'discontinued' in those cases the items were soon added to my PW.

    Saw that new D-Style kit in my notifications from Hobby Search, will be available in Oct. Waiting for the pre-order to open up at HLJ as I will need 3 copies to build 4 out of the 5 members in the Squad. Already got the Chirico one with 120 parts.

    It will require glue and painting. Check the icons in the 'assembly guide' of the listing. Build a 1/100 VF-1S Gerwalk from them using a Battroid and Fighter kit, each kit has a few of the needed parts for that. You can swap them out to display one if the 3 modes.

    Not sure when the Takara To my licence becomes active, Bandai is said to be Jan. 15th 2015. The 2 biggest problem Toy-makers in Japan got it just, not sure if those bandai toys are covered under the Mattel/Banzai agreement due to the US licence.
