    Anime-export ,DHL . thanks @tjdetweiler I haven’t gotten things from anime export for so long , I didn’t even know that have their own boxes now . But everything is still nicely packed . the main reason for my YF-29 purchase was these fastpacks . I originally thought the yf-29 was OP enough , so didn't get it for any of my YF-29s.

    yeah, i'm pretty sure it can transform.. They already did it for the Metal robot zeta plus c1. They even made their old 1/200 scale hcm pro zeta transformable.

    hmm, if you are going to paypal your friend in japan in yen, then you will be stuck with paypal currency conversion (checking accont) or the added Creditcard processing fee.... .. ... .. .. of course it all depends on how good of a discount you can get. Also you can try setting up a fedex one too...Their international economy use to work great ,,but it's currently suspended ......

    I thought their preorder low price guarantee only covers the item. The shipping price is lock on and stays the same at the time the preorder is placed. They wont increase your shipping price nor would they lower them. Shipping rate will more than likely increase across the board for all transportation companies starting next year

    ok, this tax think is making me jump back on my desk to take a closer look. And the future looks pretty grim The price of the Sentinel Final Dancuga is listed at ¥45,055 (this is the price with the 10% japanese tax) (before ,,,if you add this to your cart for international orders they will take 10% off making the item prices at 40549 yen) Now, when you add this to your cart the new price is 44,441 yen. which is only 614 yen off , that is only around 1.3 % off. (shipping to san Francisco 8.5% sales tax) If you change shipping address to a city with different sales tax the new amazon price will change too. 44,750 yen (shipping to Daly City 9.2 % sales tax) So looking at that, it like Amazon is taking the japanese 10% tax off and then add in the state city sales tax of where its shipping to.

    From what i read on robot Japan forum was that the increase in price was first noticed when amazon did a authorizing charge on the creditcard when they were preparing the item for shipment and the invoice and order at the time were still showing the the no tax Total. but once it was shipped out , the invoice was over changed with the sales tax added it. Member chat with amazon.jp on why the difference and they were not really sure but did mention it could be tax related. Looking at pass shipped items is probably not a good indication since no one seems to have this tax charge before . But this can be the new change moving forward. . Just need to double check the next Amazon jp shipment . That would most likely be the Dx vf-1 Roy for most of us. Getting Charge state sales tax for international order will suck for sure ..... My most recent item from amazon.jp was the MB blue Frame revise and it was 1 week before the release of sentinel dancouga. No Japan tax , no state tax . Just like before . But many things can change in a week , or that Amazon might have already planned this a while back and decided to turn the switch on now . I guess we will find out in November.

    I would have to say the one with higher shipping is using a bigger shipping box. bigger dimension = higher shipping cost for DHL.

    Nin-nin games is similar to Nippon-yasan. Prices goes up with demand, it stayed around the $350 mark after the preorder got SOLD out months ago. Price will mostly drop down near release date. They still have it on preorder but for a higher price , (they were able to get some preorders from local stores at msrp or higher... then they can resell them by adding in their fee of procuring them). Pretty much right now they listed it at $350.     That looks like dry glue on the edges , so maybe it was just glued in place from the factory. The little nub from your previous pic looks too short to really hold anything in place with out some other kind of help .

    maybe it was bumped due to the protest on Friday. .. If it's in San Francisco then their DHL Express ServicePoint is at 401 23rd St which closes at 8pm. you can check and go pick it up if needed if you live in SF or close by.

    yup, TWE will always have a mark up. That why some people will preorder it first and think about it later. unlike general releases. TWE price will show tax included. There's no such thing as TWE without sales tax because you are ordering from P-Bandai. as a Japanese customer.

    yes, many times. It's not easy but with experience and dedication it's doable . no bots, just honest, multiple pages open , have all your accounts ready , bunch of copy paste hot keys and know when to give up on a site and when to keep on F5ing. And be on ready to jump on whenever someone post more reopening links / msg in the time window of preorder night to 2 week pass release date.
