A reissue of the ride armor??? WHY NOT THE BETA???
-
I'm hoping he meant it more as 'latest'.

Someone has a hookup for a space in Torrance to have the event. No one has volunteered a space somewhere else. Honestly, driving an hour isn't that bad for a convention.

He's asking what color Roy's uniform is. It's supposed to be gray but the color balance was often wrong and made it look purple so a lot of Robotech merchandise has Roy in a purple flight suit.

1/24. Looking great!

I love drooling over your build pics Tekering.

How long does it normally take them to go from a 3d print to something I can woosh in my house?
-
Not an official one but lots of unofficial ones. Bandai teased an official one, that might even be the prototype, but then BW reminded them they couldn't sell it in the US and they scrapped it.

I only had time to walk through everything once but it was worth the price of admission just to do that. The foam capital ships are such amazing pieces of work! I love the displays. I own so many toys but its rare I get to see so many of them out and standing next to each other. That was the first Moscato "Buster" I've ever seen in person and wow, it's huge!

Since it scales with the B2Fives, I wonder if this Pose+ Alpha has space to store a folded up Cyclone within..
The B2Fives didn't seems like they were built with a 'storage' mode in mind so I think it's unlikely.

Okay, I can get there! See you all tomorrow! At least for a couple hours!

I don't know that the stand will be 'mandatory', that hasn't been the case in a ride armor toy for a while, but like Noel said, it will definitely be wise to use!
-
I'm excited, looks fantastic.
-
I wonder if there's metal in the feet to help it balance in slide positions.

When is the lottery for the 1S? After the event?

I love that wing engineering, very clever way to handle that!

There are a lot of great video games that would make great animes.

Bandai is so unpredictable, I wouldn't rule anything out. The only safe bet is that IF the 21 gets an HMR release, it won't be soon. Somewhere between the DX and the renewal DX 21 :D.
-
Yep! That would be the way to go.

I think you're remembering my ThreeZero Scopedog reviews, those were awful from a durability standpoint. The Yamato V1s had looseness and balance issues which could be frustrating. I love the mech and the original show, really looking forward to these!

Bandai reading forums: Everyone complains the Yamato legs are too skinny. We must have fatter legs!
Bandai reading forums: Everyone says our fatter legs have ruined the sillouette of fighter mode. No!!!!!I'm holding out hope that the handling experience on the DX YF-21 will be superb since there's no doubt we'll have plenty of visual aspects to nitpick. Hopefully it's not another Draken escapade.

It's non scale, not 1/72 any more because it was too big. Close enough to 1/60 to alleviate that concern.

Nothing yet.

Which every manufacturer says when selling VF-1 toys to try to get a few more people to buy vf-1 toys with no real likelihood of moving on past that.
I was thinking about your rage and so I humbly submit this edit:
"Which every manufacturer says when selling toys to try to get a few more people to buy more of whatever toys with no real likelihood of moving on past that."
Basically, don't get your hopes up for someone giving the only correct answer. This is the Robotech license, not Macross... gonna take a miracle to get more than an Alpha.
What's next for Bandai? (Wish List)

Hopefully that also means repurposing of the YF-21 as a VF-22
