Augh! Think I'd blocked that out from memory. Well, fwiw, I think there's enough spacing/room somewhere inside the DX YF-19 leg-FP for some smallish semi-attached or even fixed micro-missiles (white-plastic or painted) ...
-
The MPlus anime shows the micro-missiles coming out of the FP of the YF-19, ala Super VF-1 style. I don't remember the M7 VF-19 having FP, but it could be like the VF-22 where the FPs are "integrated" already as opposed to the Macross Plus non-integrated FPs on both the YF-19 and YF-21.

I said the Yammie VF-19 variants, not the Yammie YF-19. We used to have a bunch of Yammie VF-19 pics here at MWF, but am too lazy to search. Here's a Yammie VF-19S pic with the micro-missiles from CDX: Here's the Bandai Hi-Metal from Jenius' site:

Ya know? Was rewatching MPlus again and noticed this scene: According to M3 site, it's the BMM-24 micro-missiles. Checked my DX YF-19 stuff, and nope. Not included. Checked Arcadia's 1/60 from anymoon, and nope. Not included as well. So both Bandai and Arcadia excluded the BMM-24s in favor of various missiles and stuff that weren't even in the anime. I remember the Yammie VF-19 variants and Bandai Hi-Metal VF-19S having micro-missiles. Guess it's something to look forward to if both Arcadia and Bandai somehow do a 1/60v3 and a DX YF-19v2.0. respectively...

About 10-secs or less, ime. And yeah, I also don't quite understand why some here are even thinking of not loosening the screws before initial battroid-transformation. Doesn't alter or change the aesthetic and overall appearance of the toy. Not like it can't be screwed back tightly. Guess some people want to experience the bizarro thrill of a very expensive regret when the hips breaks during first battroid-transformation...

Thinking of gooping some Future on mine. Maybe it'll work to keep it place better than it currently is now.

Will need an Isamu in street clothes/shorts with that. And a boobilicious Lucy...

Yah know? Why are the available pictures of this KO bootleg never include the pilot figure? edit: There is one in that shop that shows what looks like a tv-roy seated inside, but is that the actual bootleg or a genuine yamato/arcadia? Just weird that they don't show the figure outside like the other included accessories.

The reputable stores will have this item on official release-day. Even if you do find a shop that still offers this item far from official release-date, the chances are pretty high that they won't be offering the pre-order discounted pricing with it. You might as well wait for the upcoming preorder for the one that does not include the "special display-stand" if you want the preorder-discount pricing. The PO for that item has not been announced as of yet.

hmm. how about the features/stuff that we all saw with the VF-1D/VF-1J/VF-1S in the old TV anime... -- integrated rotating and elevating pilot-seat that can pop out the back of the head when in battroid instead of an add-on like in the 1/60v2. The 1/60 Zero, VF-19 and VF-22 valks have some limited rotating seats done already, tho not elevating. -- actual swiveling/turning front landing gear. -- spring-loaded firing missiles. -- integrated side covers. -- integrated collapsible fixing toolkit on the arm. -- better looking detailed and well-proportioned pilot figure. both with and without helmet.

Imho, the DX YF-19 is good for Battroid-mode since it has better/more-reliable ankles than the Arcadia YF-19. That's pretty much the only reason to get the DX YF-19 over the Arcadia since the older Arcadia still almost aced everything else despite the fatal ankles. I'm not sure how much the DX-YF19 really is different in build stuff against the previous VF-19adv, but it does have the proper YF-19 dual-canopy and designation tampos at least. edit/add: Against the 31-Kai, not sure. The 31-Kai is rather an overpriced minor redeco with just a couple of reaction-missiles pairs. The YF-19 is technically a redeco of the VF19Adv, but at least it has loads of extra ordnances, extra Isamu-pilot, and the much-desired arm-cannon.

I have a theory on why the stablizers on the YF-19 easil pops out way easily now than when it used to be with the seemingly solid on the VF-19Adv stabs: It's most likely some sort of payback for when they first revealed their YF-19 marketing "photos" and then quickly getting busted about it having VF-19Adv colors instead before they had a chance to photochop them. Subtle, Bandai. Very subtle...

errr, Mylene's a typical dumbass character in M7. -
Random thoughts while you guys wait for your YF-19... -- The front tire on my YF-19 only rolls at half a turn, while the back tires rolls fully. Weird. -- Bandai should've added an adapter for the YF-19 to be able to use the VF-31 Boosters. Those look alot better than the VF-19Adv's boosters. -- Going by release-pattern of VF-19Adv to YF-19, I'm guessing Bandai will release an Immelman VF-22 to test out the water before doing a full YF-21. -- Still think a Fire-Valk and/or Excalibur F/S will be released before the proverbial YF-21.

Thought the Bandai dude said that missiles are not gonna be included due to price-point or something?
-
It's like the typical One Step Forward, Two Steps Backwards mentality. The naked YF-19 was rather simpler, easier and quicker for me to transform in all three modes, in contrast to my YF-29 and VF-31 experiences. Then FAST-packs installation on the same valk when in Fighter-mode made all that simplicity into assbackwards pants-on-head WTF, BANDAI?! "engineering". Fwiw, the FAST-packs are only easy to install when the valk is already in Battroid-mode, where you really don't move/pull/twist/align/etc any valk-part and just peg the FP parts to their respective placements. And just leave it alone in Battroid-mode with all that FP.
-
I don't have the VF19-Adv to make a direct comparo, tho. Aside from the tampo, the heel and possibly shoulder-sizing are the only visual cues I can spot as different from the current pictures.

Did you bend the gun? It's actually bendable at the stock, you know. Once "bent", it should be relatively parallel with the arms/underside.
