    Got MP-52 delivered today. AmJP box not crushed like some others here. Starcream's actual box is ok, with a very minor crease on top-right corner-edge. Out of the box pictars, then. No cracks, yet... Chest has about 1mm ground clearance ... Currently parked with others I have out already. It's very nice, so far. Hope it does not develop cracks when and while I tf it later...

    That's a major bummer! Looks more of the "Gold"-ish PS rather than Green-PS, tho. I know it's more beige-ish/brown-ish, but definitely not Green...

    Seems Future polish really helps on the ankles... Can stand properly now without toppling itself anymore. Do hope Mr,K really improved the ankles on the upcoming reissue...

    Yeah. It really does seems that Funi's "remastering/restoring process" is pretty much just upping the brightness levels on the same old crappy HG tapes to lose even more color and other cell art details, and then to artificially adding "grain" to try to mask their shenanigans. /facepalm

    The only way we'll actually get any non-HG crap out of this whole fake-hype is IF (maybe when?) DYRL actually gets a definite official US BD release announcement from Funi. Of course, they could still majorly bungle that up, too, by getting the censored-edition instead...

    I say NOPE! Highly likely it'll be the same old HG/ADV crap that Funi is "restoring" or "remastering" into BD format. Highly doubt it's Bandai Visual's BD masters since those don't need to be restored nor remastered at all.

    received and watched yesterday. it has excellent english-subs. no special extras. very good movie and really great and superb animation, especially the hectic battle scenes. quite a worthy purchase from amj... I really cannot wait for S2!

    I rather they not bother at all. At least with their usual Texas crew. Especially with Zero. With Plus, I rather they keep/get the original Animaze-dub with Walter White back in all the OVA episodes. If possible, get the same crew back to finally dub the Movie. The whole "news/announcement" was first tweeted or something by Funimation themselves a bit before the official BW tweet, iirc.

    got too bored last weekend and decided to check out some anime on Prime and Netflix or something. Demon Slayer <-- not bad. not bad at all. Way, way better than Attack on Titan or Bleach or whatever the genre it belongs to. Haven't seen the movie, tho, but looking forward to S2. afterwards, went shoujo/seinen noitamina stuff coz there's really nothing else interesting on Prime... After The Rain. <-- ok. not too shabby. a bit too short. Wotakoii <-- surprisingly funny and enjoyably good. But WAY WAY too short. Prime don't even have the OVAs. Bummer.

    The heck? I don't have 1/12 TC, but can you provide some picture of the ooze or something? Could be some melted plastic or lube or something that was used on it during manufacturing what, 10-12 years ago?.

    Hopefully it's the BD version that was released in Japan some time ago, and not another one of Discotek's local upscale stuff...

    Not sure if you or anybody else had ever noticed, but HLJ had stopped giving generous (or even relevant) discounts some number of yeasr ago already. Sometime around '08 or thereabout. That's why most of us dont really prefer buying there anymore if stocks are good in other import shops. You can only get the rare good discounts on their semi-annual inventory cleaning or something like that. I mean, ffs, they are still trying to move/sell the stupid ET VF2FSS at its stupid pricing from when it first came out...

    Wait. The box on that Hikaru-1S states 1/100. Are the toys actually 1/100 or 1/55? The box could be just the usual run-of-the-mill hk counterfeit printing, so verifying the UK Reg-PP could be just futile exercise... Lol! I reckon so. I think the first time I'd ever seen a Joons locally was in its Space Gandam box. Before I'd seen their usual funky color-schemes, iirc. Didn't even know the name "Joons" and its rep back then.. .

    I think the only way to trust N-Y again is for them to charge your card _AFTER ACTUAL CONFIRMED DELIVERY OF ITEM(S) TO RECIPIENT_ . Otherwise, nope...
