Same here. It was around my sophomore year of high school when I first watched Mac Plus and Mac II which was about 96, then I searched everywhere for more info and learned about DYRL and Mac 7. Unfortunately it would be years before I saw either of those, but my local blockbuster did have Clash Of the Bionoids which was great at the time until I could get my hands on the one true DYRL.

But it isn't supposed to be like the original, that was the who point of the time travel plot. I know you can tear it apart but still it's an entirely new Trek with new things in it so people who aren't hardcore fans like myself can still enjoy it.

Only have the VF-1S Hikaru, VF-1J, and VF-1D. Will have Max's TV-1A in the next few weeks, and the Kakizaki TV-1A when it comes out.

I thought it was excellent. I especially like the way it was written to shut up fans about how it isn't perfectly correct with the already established canon, thought THAT was the best part.

I am sure we will win despite the fact that the character has been around since the 40s, has already had movies and TV shows about the character, we feel now is the best time to stand up for our rights as a city. There is no judge in the world that is going to allow that farce to actually happen. There is no case what's so ever here.

Funny one thing everyone forgets about Macross.....They used ALIEN technology to help make these new valks and other vehicles. None of it matter as we obviously do not have the resources to recreate this stuff in any form based on our current tech.

I am a broke film student, but my GI Bill helps me get my valks currently

Ikea Detolfs are the way to go my friend, if it can fit my SV-51 in fighter (which is does) it can fit most anything except for the toynami alpha/beta combo from what people say

I was upset when this didn't get a wide theatrical release, I really wanted to see it. Another film for the collection though.

Be kind of cool to get tips from the pros here on the board. The stuff I have seen from you guys is amazing. Plus you all know what you are talking about and are willing to share it with others. It would have be in the other forum though.

As well as try to bring in those who already had watched the work print online. As of Friday the film already made 35 million dollars, so it good as far as box office goes. It will make a good amount this weekend then taper off rapidly as Star Trek comes out. This film doesn't have the rewatch factor that other comic films had. Once was more than enough for me.
