  1. The only gripe i had was the fact that the guy who plays Jango/Clones cant voice over worth a damn. All of Boba Fetts lines seem rushed compared to the Jeremy Bullock dialouge now. Other than that i can live with the changes. I understand why they changed Bobas voice but the gravelly tone implied that Boba had grown up in a different maner to his "father" so why should he have the same voice/accent.
  2. Camera,Camera,Camera.
  3. LTSO please tell me you are cleaning off ypur work bench and putting this first. I so want to se it built.
  4. 3 there was the MK1 with the hands from macross0, The MKII from the normal series and the VB6 from the games. I dont nclude the one from macross 2 because some people wouldnt count it but you can if you want.
  5. ILM still uses motion control for its space ships so revell at least got diagrams and blueprints i think. Im still trying to figure a way to cover the toylike hinges on the fighters wings i may just glue them open and dress the hinge like the movie model since ill be making stands anyway. The shuttle is 1/72 scale I used the FM starfighter pilot as a scale reference its just MPC/ertl was never good at making fugures. I coud have bought a FM falcon for what these kits cost over here.74 pounds equates to around 130 dollars after the exchange rate.
  6. The Gsystem one is the Hobbyfan one.
  7. You can get those Amphibious trucks here in the UK surplus really cheap only one problem. They all had the Amphib kit removed from them in the 70s because of problems tipping over. We have 3 at my museum for cargo and parts hauling.
  8. looks like the bar has been set jesse looks like ill have to raise it keep your eyes peeled this weekend.
  9. I play with challenger tanks for fun on the weekends, the abrams is hyped far more than its needed and the leo is in a class of its own Id own any one of them they are all stret legal over here. The more i see the new batman armored car the more it grows on me. But i like ugly vehicles with fat tires on them. It just has an aggressive feel to it.
  10. Anakins fighter which will get the same treatment as Obis fighter. Im keeping the already painted areas because the finish is good for a start but the grey isnt paint its the kits bare plastic which doesnt weahter well. Ill post pics of the ARC 170 when i get started on it.
  11. ObiWans fighter . I have alread started to mask off the red before i repaint the grey and weather it. More progress this weekend.
  12. The droid fighter. The missiles on the bottom dispense little droids that latch onto other fighters and start to tear them apart.
  13. distant shot next to the droid tri fighter
  14. Here is a close up of the AT/RT i have already repainted it and started weathering.
  15. This is a BSG (BattleStar Galactica) Viper http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?...=14095&hl=viper
  16. The ARC 70 is close to 1/72 scale. All the figures are made of a really floppy rubber that will not accept paint so im lost for a way to improve them. Obi and Annies fighters are around 1/32 along with the droid tri fighter. The AT/RT is near 1/24. and the republic stardestroyer i forget the scale of it but it is larger and more well detailed than the AMT/MPC Imperial star destroyer. sean P.S. I also got my BSG Viper from Myersjessee today and it is AWESOME! But will be on hold until i clear all these star wars kits.
  17. Well you just came up with the same idea i did. Looking good man
  18. This just in. I picked up all 6 ROTS kits from revell germany. Ill do some before and after pics as i go.5 of them are prepaints so they wil be repiants. I have already done the ATRT next will be obiwans fighter. Pics will be posted after i get home from work tonight.
  19. Thanks MSW it looks like it will have to wait for when i return from texas then. Ill be on leave anyway.
  20. I think the detail parts were moded darker for the prototype just to show how many parts there were to glue on. You have to admit its impressive.
  21. Oh you can paint bondo you just need to hit it with a good filler primer first.
  22. I think my family has something in mind for that but they need to get to it before i get the car back from the port. Im not very easy to trick when it comes to the car
  23. Nah hurin i just dont kick people when they have already been knocked out.Plus being polite helps keeps things civil until someone else ups the notch.
  24. Thanks jardann. Its overseas with me which is why i havnt started restoration yet but it will start as soon as i return to the states in 06 but for now its all up to saving the money. 8grand are set aside for it right now and i just ordered new polyurethane bushings for it. The Imp shuttle is good as far as proportion but it needs alot of detail along the leading edges of the wings. I have the references for it but i just felt like slapping a few kits together lately. For overall best detail out of the box id have to say that the A-wing is the most accurate one. The star destroyer is the roughest kit in all. I am actually having difficulty weathering? (in space) I dont want to ruin any possible scale effect it has. Wait till you see the next kit in my lineup. A Fujimi 1/16 scale Lamborghini Countach Koenig.I just cant chose a color for it,silver, white or yelow. I already have too many black cars and red and i dont get along well.Red never comes out how i like it there is always a hair or piece of dust getting in it even if i rub it out and repaint the area something just seems to get into the paint
  25. i can say that about my inlaws too
