As much as I'm loving all these box arts, I really wish Hasegawa would just make a VF-1 that could be made into every form possible. VF-1S/J/A non fast pack mode and fast pack mode. It wouldnt be hard. I'm probably gonna be eating my words later when Hasegawa does do that.

Hopefully I can finish my YF-19 Battroid by then. I'm actually not even sure if I can make it. Maybe I'll just send it if its done.

Thanx for helping us out. I actually wasnt aware you were getting items for people or I wouldve asked. Oh well, I dont mind. I've been spending too much on other Macross stuff. Shouldnt they be there again for the summer wonderfestival? If theres anyone whos going to it, they should let people know and those who want the kit can get it then.

33cm is just a bit taller than a foot. Arent 1/48 Valks a foot tall? Shouldnt a 1/48 Regult be bigger than that? Man, none of these sizes make any sense... Whatever, if its 33cm, I'll pay the extra, if not, thats fine with me too. I could care less either way. Actually, if anything, I think making it 33cm might be a better idea just the owners of 1/48 toys would want them too. You'll be able to sell more that way.

It was also in the Design Works. I gotta admit, its pretty cool looking. Too bad it never made it into the series.

I'm totally sold. I want wait for Capt's more accurately sized Regult. Look at the Imai 1/72 Regult towering over the Hasegawa VF-1 already. I cant wait to see Capt's Regult compared to it!!!

THANX! I'm glad you guys like it! I thought it turned that great... well... being my first custom and all... and my 3rd or 4th model ever. Yeah, I was thinking about that too. I'll probably add a little something there like the wave YF-19 battroid. I'll be air brushing it. It'll be my first time doing that too... Wish me luck. Hahah...

Wow, really? Lineart accuracy is a must? So do you not like Hasegawas then? Hahah, its all good. I actually have 3 hard drives in my computer. I have about 400 gigs or so. I should just zip up my Macross pictures folder and host it one of these days just so everyone can download it.

Hahahah... Whaaaaat? I'm not trying to spoil anyone's fun. I just wondering, thats all. For me, I can go either way. I see it as a win win situation. Both realistic and official works for me. Hasegawas arent official in terms of lineart, etc and some lean towards being more realistic when it comes to panel lines and some other things. As for it being official, thats fine too... we always like things to agree with the makers and designers of Macross. I dont see a problem at all. ...and what can I say? I like pictures. Especially Macross ones.

The nosecone doesnt fit anymore into the chest. Theres not much I can do about that. The Hasegawa was never made for that to fit. Hahah, yeah... obviously. I still have a lot to do. Priming, sanding, panal scribing... etc. Blah... but yeah, the general part is semi done. I might beef up his legs a bit more and put on the stablizers on soon. I gonna prime it soon. The red, white and blue and is starting to get on my nerves.
