Built in carbon fibre!! Hehe! Ok sorry i was talking out of my arse with that one..

Or at least if they provided the filler tabs like for example the M7 VF-19 lot have in some spots to conceal the screws..

Forum member Scream Man had the very same issue with one of his VF-25.. As far as i can remember he wasn't able to do much about it. A difficult part to fix due to its functionality and i doubt a fix if possible would be strong enough and would break again. I'd imagine you'd have to fabricate a pin which was ever so slightly smaller than the original and ensure it was attached perfectly straight or else it would bind and the same thing would happen again.. He ended up just replacing the Valk itself and my son now owns that broken Valk which he painted into skull colors!

That is a fantastic angle! Looks wicked!

It would be nice if they included the little holes in the gun pod to mount the gun strap.. something I noticed that is missing from the Zero-D..

@Anubis20 nice pickup mate! Pity about the shonky shoulder joints.. good you could repair them though! I've made quite a few orders now through Jungle and its been pretty good and consistent actually. The only issue i had was an item marked sealed which it clearly wasn't but the Valk itself was mint. Dont think there has been any other issues. But i guess buying from any place that on sells 2nd hand items you always run the risk of something not being 100% or what you fully expect. I have had the odd annoyence buying things from Mandarake which are meant to be very fastidious with what they chose to sell so the potential for issues is not localized to any one particular seller.. Either way they are both pretty fantastic and most of us couldn't support our Macross collection without them! -
Nice edit's Darrin! That's what i wanted to do originally but was too lazy.. Cant wait to get home and fit up more gun straps! =D

Awesome pic! kinda makes we wish i had a 2nd Ozma in armored parts to display in fighter mode!

Received my gun straps today and fitted a few up! They look fantastic and really add another dynamic to Battroid mode! Im kicking myself for not buying these sooner! A big thanks again to DarrinG for making these available again! Great work buddy! Hikaru lookin like a BOSS! Alaska Base guard in a rather casual pose with his gun pod slung over his shoulder! will slowly fit up some more during the week!
