    Toecutter is not Joe - just the same actor. I doubt Max is this film is the little kid either - but it's interesting. The flashbacks make no frakking sense - unless they are from Beyond Thunderdome.... but yeah none of his stuff makes much sense continuity wise - maybe he will address that.

    I think you're reading too much into what made Star Wars, Star Wars.... It was a guy in a star fighter shooting people... that was close enough to Star Wars for kids, and that's how ripoffs work. You can't do a low budget rip-off and include droids and aliens on the scale Lucas did, just hit the high notes and run with it. When I was a kid and saw it on HBO it was close enough to get me interested. A New Hope is about Luke coming of age, and saving the day. That's what the Last Star Fighter is about too - the details don't matter.

    I bought 3D tickets by accident and I hate 3D... but it worked pretty well with the steering wheels and body parts flying around.

    Hope is a mistake. Face your problems. That was the big message for me. And thankfully the claims of it being co-oped for something else were exaggerated. I didn't even mind when Max I think there was plenty for both of the hero's to do. Max was squarely in the driver seat and had plenty of time to be a badass, so that was a relief. I even liked Furiosa's character, but I liked the redemption of the war boy even more. It was nice to see that arc. My only complaint was that there wasn't any scenes with Max kicking ass in the Charger. I would have liked to have seen him grab his car back in the chase and wreck some crap. Overall it was a great two hour chase scene. The plot moved perfectly, and the visuals were joyous. I loved the guitar herald. Had me chuckling the whole movie.

    Just another "variant" to make the original worth more, as they have defaced a large amount of stock haha. But yeah that's a terrible move by Tfsource. They are basically defacing official items because they are too lazy to sell them on ebay. They should have just put their stock up on a private ebay page and sold it at a slightly inflated price. They would have made their money back. Now they have pissed off collectors who will want their money back and no way to unload the stock.
