  1. The alt mode certainly looks beefed up, at least at this angle.
  2. Once Superion’s new feet are attached, things go downhill:
  3. Silverbolt looks a lot better with just the blaster attached:
  4. Superion’s blaster can be stowed on top of Silverbolt:
  5. Yes, now Airazor and Air Raid can dual wield!
  6. At least Fireflight now has a personal weapon and a shield. The instructions say to attach the dish halves on the wings, but it looked hokier than Fireflight with a shield.
  7. Here we have an A-10 with a dish on it…yeah, moving on...
  8. I placed the new blasters on the wings against the instructions; I think they look better there.
  9. A souped-up Air Raid with one of Superion’s new forearms:
  10. Speaking of gestalts, the Superion appendage kit arrived a couple days ago and I took some pics as I figured how it all came together. Here's Silverbolt with a brand new weapon and newly grown "wings".
  11. Pfft, I guess he really did have a hard on for Ms Thurman... Yeah, Christoph Waltz made a fine villain. And as psycho as Hugo was, he's no Mr.Blonde.
  12. Probably, but it could be that he just has a thing for blonde femme fatales.
  13. I caught a early showing of this; overall it was great watching a WWII movie with a Tarantino spin. Was it an epic war movie? Far from it. Was it fun watching some campy acting from Brad Pitt as a Nazi-hunting basterd? Yes. As far Tarantino films go, it doesn't have much of impact as his other movies and some scenes dragged on. I also would've like to have seen more scenes that showed has the basterds got their rep, but I still had a good time with it.
  14. I wish they were chogokin, but they're just the latest line of Yujin's videogame-related gashapon. Yujin has been making shooting-game spaceship/mecha gashapon lately and judging by the size of their M.U.S.H.A. suit, the Valken will be around 3-4 inches tall. Also, this will probably be the only time Leynos/Valken suits will come out in toy form.
  15. Just saw it tonight-it's a fun flick with great death scenes and the mecha action is sweet. I consider it a palate cleanser for the crap I've seen this summer.
  16. That valk is a beast-the gun turrets make it look as excessive as the Stampede valk. That being said, I can't wait for mine to arrive.
  17. I never did check up on this, frak. Due to a concert I have to attend (begrudgingly), I can't go but it does sound fun. I could also speak for MWer singtao who I haven't seen on the board for a loong time. Being in Stockton, he probably won't go.
  18. Nope not yet. I thought it'd be on the shelves in November.
  19. Yay, now I can get own platoon of Valken (or even Leynos) suits! SR Robot Historica:
  20. This design team has done some incredible work-I'm a big fan of "Sally" myself.
  21. Looking through my SMS collection in the garage reminded me of Sega's decision to not release Phantasy Star Generations 1&2 for the PS2 in the U.S. I would've loved to play those remakes in English.
  22. Anyone else remember Ace Combat 3's U.S. release? Ugh.
  23. Yeah, Bludgeon is a must-buy for me too. Even if I wasn't into TFs, I'd have to get it simply because he looks like an undead samurai...that becomes a friggin tank.
  24. Damn, getting a rockin' Houquet toy would've been sweet, and to have actually seen the proto pics makes it worse. It just won't be right to have Ray and Stick by themselves.
