If this was a toy discussion thread, you would have made the title 'Has anyone seen one of these before', linked to the auction, and then asked some questions. If the MODS want to move it, they will." is kind of smarmy (indicated by the capitalization of "TOY"). Learn some TACT, man!

Skull- Remember that companies like eBay and PayPal will never, EVER, ask you to "click here" and enter in your password info. If it's a legit request, they'll ask you to go to eBay or PayPal on your very own and log in from there. It was good for you to think, and ask, if this was a scam. Good eye!

The LV-7 isn't from Macross, and it's (technically) not a VF. Kawamori designed it for the Air Cavalry Chronicles. I don't remember if it was supposed to be a game or something, but I don't think it ever got past the planning stages. The VA-3, VF-9 and the Fz's from M7 are derived from Air Cavalry Chronicles designs.

Sorry dude, you're wrong. Technically speaking, the DYRL versions are a redesign made by the creators of the franchise after the original series, and done specifically for a new project. Judge's don't arbitrarily look at such things that are brought before them and yet you, and others, still seem to think this is so. You're statement is exactly the same as saying that there is no recognizable difference between different types of F-18 Hornets because to some dimbulb they all look the same. Heck, for all I know, maybe you're the type of person who would say that.

Yes. Blasto Toys hired a lawyer who requested that HG back up the claims they made in the original C&D letter which HG refused to do.

Between the -19 and the -21/-22, I'd have to say the -21/-22. My problem with the -21/-22 is that even with the "Macross Distortion*", there is no way the legs are going to fit in the space provided in fighter mode. The VF-4 is pretty screwy though, and the VF-9 has one of the goofiest set-ups for the arm transformation (which doesn't explain the arms in GERWALK mode at all). *Kawamori's tendency to bending of the rules by altering sizes of different sections of the VF depending n which mode it's in.

I got me a problem: I DL'ed the DYRL game intro from iMacrossIV and I'm trying to play it on VLC media player (what I use to view all of the stuff I DL) but I'm not getting any picture, only sound. This message pops up when I try to play it: main: no suitable decoder module for fourcc `IV50'. VLC probably does not support this sound or video format. Now, I know VLC is the name of the viewer, but I don't understand the rest of it. Whassup widdat? Anyone got any ideas? p.s.- I DL'ed the intro from Burn's www.unspacy.de site as well and tried it and I get the same message. I'm not sure if they're the same file or not. p.p.s.- it doesn't work on QT as well, but nothing ever does.
