Well for the sake of prevention, what should I do or not do to prevent this poo from happening again?

This is the 1s time it happeneed to me. Man....i can't believe ALL 3 partitions died on me. The drive seems to be working fine. Its just that accesing any of the volumes in any way slows the system down (like if you open My Computer). I ran the "Get Data Back" and it seemed to be able to recover my files. So I think theoretically, i can still retrieve those "lost" files and reformat the drive. Man....i never thought HDDs were this unreliable.

I feel absolutely like crap now. I was watching Eureka 7 episode 2 and it was on my external USB2 hard drive. I was going to download something else after watching it but access to my drive volumes was going bonkers...it was taking very long to just get my volumes right. When I tried to access my 2 other partitions, they came with a Device I/O error. I was like... wtf. Accessed partition 1 with eureka 7 on it and it was fine. Turned USB drive on and off and voila...NONE OF THE PARTITIONS WORK ANYMORE?!? WTF? On startup windows would auto-search your volumes on the hard disk, but this time my hard disk is being accesed constantly making system slow....windows knows there are 3 volumes but it can't open any of them. I suspect this might've happened when I was moving files from one volume to another on the same hard drive , messing up the NTFS index? BUT WTF? I thought this sorta !*&@*(! happens only in FAT32? Well...now i'm using a "trial version" (whatever that's supposed to mean) of "Get Data Back" http://www.runtime.org/gdb.htm and it seems to be detecting some files on the broken drive.....i think the drive is still usable after a reformat....but *(&!@*(!@ i hope i can retrieve most of my stuff. I'd be pissed if this program allows me to see that my files are still there but cannot do anything to retrieve them because its a trial period software......scanning the drive is sloowwwwww..... ANybody has any advice to dispense or what might have happened to my hard drive?

I just realised the Chaos never really got to use its pods much at all.....or even its mobile armour mode. And now i think its pwned beyond repair. Or is the general consensus , "If a pilot dies in his Gundam, its beyond repair. If he doesn't, you can still salvage it."

YEap. Fortmax couldn't have put it any better. Here is a "happy" mecha story....its almost fantasy-esque style. Not your usual angsty war bishounen with religious undertones. Looks like BONES is going for something like Mars Day Break.

Very nice episode so far. Much destruction and death. One thing that bugs me is the naval battles. I really wonder how great the minerva truly is though. Its taking shots from an overwhelming force and taking it down seems to be a daunting task to the allied navy. Wasn't its positron cannon repaired btw? The Tannhausers weren't doing much either in sinking them ships. And can't it fly over the continent escaping being boxed in? Athrun's SEED mode wasn't activated....he was still reluctant to fight, thus he got pwned by Kira who decided he wants to fight at the last moment. Things don't look good for the EA. Insurgents are happening around the world, their armies are spread thin, and they lost 2 of their "Extended" and stolen Gundams. ZAFT can win this if Dullindal wants them to....so what's his plan.....hmm.... Meanwhile Eternal is making its way into ZAFT...

I'm just curious who the commander really is. Is he God or Jesus or soemthing? Haha. Even in vampire chick vision, he looks like some pillar of light or something.

Didn't they already explained that in episode 2? Episode 4 was pretty trippy. Why would the commander make them "learn" something at the expense of humans getting harvested instead of telling it to them instead is beyond me. Makes for better "korewa!" material i guess.....

Got it in my mail today. Yeap its the boot...with the wrong colored torso and shoulders to boot.....and the sticker sheet they gave is virtually useless and not the right colors anyway. Quality wise...i guess its what you'd expect from a boot. The thing is floppy on some parts.....things don't fit pretty well in fighter and gerwalk...but overall i say battroid on this thing is pretty nice looking....i really want an original one now! Who has closeups of the original? And does the original also have the Speaker Pod in black/grey as opposed to the actual Gunpod?

Dude, this is made in japan FOR the japanese market. It will work. Sure the basic slapstick comedy/parody style will be lost in the conversion, but i think this is basically a anime-ised mahou shoujo conversion. So don't expect it to have the same zani-ness of the original. Besides, there's already a subbed version of the original PPG in Japanese. Its pretty alright IMHO.

They only have parts to show them in one mode...hence the "variability" of the figures.

Wasn't the tallgeese technically just a modified Leo? They showed its Leo-head as it gets covered by that Roman-style head dress in the hangar in one scene.

Just a question, how do the head lasers attach to the head? Is it pryable from the head when its all assembled? Thinking of getting one of them hollow head lasers for my Roy 1S. Man all these Max 1S pictures makes me wanna custom one as well.
