    I expected to watch some swushbuckling action ala Pirates of The Carribean. I expected a fun ride by Jerry Bruckheimer. I didn't mind if the movie doesn't follow the game storyline. I was disappointed. My main beef with it was that the story progression and pacing was off. Characters were 2 dimensional. Jokes weren't even that witty. And no trap dodging? (except one which was kinda lame cuz the trap involved the whole place crumbling down) The stunts and parkour was fun though. Kinda reminds me of Assasin's Creed more than PoP.

    Could you explain what "HD" version means in terms of gunpla? I'm not understanding the term very well. High Def colours or something?

    I loved Kiyal's Magical Theme. Hahaha. I'd so watch a whole series about that. Kittan Zero: epic....loved it. Kittan Kick! Sense Of Wonder: were they lord genome's sex slaves or something? Dai Gurren Goodbye: wished i understood the subtitles. Pretty sad though. Gunmen Symphonia: errr...ok Ore no XXX wa Uchu Hitotsu: wait what.....someone high on drugs? Big Building: Someone's DEFINATELY high on drugs.

    The teaser is out on the official website and on youtube if you don't wanna reg on the official site. that's it? Meh...seriously.... I'll reserve my other comments and reservations until the official trailer. But that teaser kinda sucked.

    Geh...remember there was once a Blood Angels CGI movie they were planning to do which was in preproduction phase for 3 years and eventually canned? Hopefully this one sees the light of day.

    I find it hard to believe that the Typhoon is so buff that he can take all of Ip Man's hits as if they were nothing though. Sort of moots the point of martial arts if you can't take out someone who's stronger/bigger than you.

    Its the pandering. If you can ignore it, Strike Witches is not bad as a slice-of-life anime. Btw i started Katanagatari and Working!!! Katanagatari is an hour long per episode and has some witty dialogue. Don't expect much action here though. Its about a swordsman born and exiled to an island for 20 years and has a famous deadly swordless style technique as he travels Japan with a girl in search of some legendary swords. Working!!! is adapted from a 4-koma manga about employees working in a family restaurant.

    3000s were hackable sometime last year. The firmware can't be flashed but it reads a dummy "image" file which loads a CFW into memory. Pretty clever of them hackers.

    Just back from the show. I went in withoutknowing anything and what its about. I was expecting some comedy-ish take on superheroes ala Mystery Men but was surprised....with...you guessed it... Hit Girl. The titular character was uninteresting and didn't even feel like the main star of the film. His struggles with superhero-dom wasn't even that well emphasised and was overshadowed to the point of insignificance by Hit Girl and Big Daddy which felt more like it was part of the main plot. That aside though the action and gore was awesome. I got a "Doom the movie" feel (the good part at least) which was the FPS-ish sequence in night vision. Really nicely done. And as awesome as Hit Girl is, i was really surprised that the prudes in Hollywood allowed for such scenes of violence and vulgarity that involves a lil girl. A lil girl doing gangland-style executions on henchmen? That was like woah..... Especially the one.

    Watching Hatsukoi Limited. Yes its a love comedy. B Gata H has some amazing animation compared to Kiss X Sis TV, which is quite disappointing. Both are sort of echi btw.
