I was looking at the armor design between the old and new, there doesn’t seem to be any physical differences. As for the super parts, they sit differently on the new valks, so maybe there are some differences from that point of view. Will see if I want to grab one or two as I already have quite a few 31 valks.

Haha since bandai doesn’t give us what we want, am merely stating the reverse. Am ok with small light effects here and there, if it enhances the toy display. Yes it would have to be done properly so as not to interfere with the robustness of the toy. It would be a step up for bandai if they could do that. They already are upgrading their gundam PG/MG’s with the same.

Huh forgot abt TN2021 summer...with all the promo's bandai did abt gundam etc, i had tot they abandoned the TN event.... Hopefully there is news abt the 21....TN 2021 is supposed to be end of this month? Hmm a 21 in dec21 would sound nice hah.

Still not completely sold on the armour set design, but these colours do seem more suitable for it.

Likely a merchandising driven decision looking at how hot the old 31A mold and color scheme was. Also begs the question if there is any reason to release a 01/02 version of the old 31A kairos mold moving forward. Hmm..
