  1. There a bit more. But unfortunately, mine is coming by SAL so I won't know for a while.
  2. Stay on topic or I lock this thread.
  3. Geez, sounds some of you just heard about WB's attempt at a live-action RT movie.... I see them going with Miller & Gough for a few reasons. Kasdan hasn't really done much work since 2003. Maguire worked with the 2 on Spiderman 2 and that turned out well so why not. WB has plenty of experience with the two due to Smallville. Whether or not this works out is up in the air. WB may be trying to get as many ideas out there and picking the best of the bunch.
  4. Confirmed Gadessa and GN-Archer (suppose to be an add-on for Arios)?
  5. Try Media Player Classic?
  6. This is what I'm leaning on doing. Focus on the stuff we have less info on. When I scanned over the VF-5000 pages a while back, I found most of the info fairly redundant. I did the same with the YF-21 pages and it was the same story. That's because of the tech-jargon. Gubaba and David H. can tell you much tongue twisting-fun the VF-25 manual was/is. Stuff like the character sheets, history, and some of the timeline is easier because of the lack of tech-babble. But once we get to the tech sheets, it becomes a world-of-hurt trying to make sense of the jargon. I don't think we've given up, but we have to slow down when we hit the tech-babble because most dictionaries out there don't translate tech-babble.
  7. I already grabbed some info from it, but frankly, it's too damn thick. Roughly 93-pages of text would take me years.
  8. Look at the first post of the Frontier series thread.
  9. Pick your choice of HD: http://www.apple.com/trailers/paramount/startrek/
  10. Folks looking for the Frontier concert from last month will find it in the first post of this thread. Thank you ntsan.
  11. Keep it clean and we won't lock this thread down again. Big-screen 'Robotech' lands scribes, Alfred Gough, Miles Millar to pen adaptation
  12. We're not sure if that is Tieria. The hair is off since Tieria only has neck-length hair. So unless Tieria is wearing a wig or hair extensions, we'll find out next week. Until then, we gots lots of fanart. Not sure what's going to happen to Marie. We are only on episode 7 of 25. Still lots of ways to make life difficult for the two.
  13. Yes, the specs do list internal micro-missile launchers on the VF-27. The VF-25's specs doesn't list any internal ordnance. We have seen it carry wing-mounted equipment and we're pretty sure there are hardpoints on the wings (still waiting on the official nod to that).
  14. Don't bother with variants. It would only confuse the issue. The VF-3 Star Crusader doesn't fall within the within the Studio Nue continuity so I would set that aside for later. And for the VF-14, I would just use the M3 version.
  15. Why do we care about a Robotech thingy that's not even in Macross, in a thread about Macross?
  16. They all have the kite logo. But the UNAF was the primary sponsor of the Super Nova competition. UNS was on-board as secondary sponsor.
  17. Hmmm...who would have guess my sarcastic comment actually was true... Yep. We also have Alto's "Mikhail" but I think that's an Alto-exclusive and can probably ignore that one.
  18. Well, that's something. Cuz 2059:Memories thinks he's got Zentradi blood in him. Unless he's part Zolan, part Zentradi....
  19. I can't imagine that there's enough material for a magazine. Gundam I can see, but Macross?
  20. Some of us still want Macross publications ya know.
  21. Just to chime in about the VF-19->VF-171. I don't think UN Spacy actually replaced the VF-11 as their main fighter. The Compendium notes that the UN Air Force was the primary consumer of the VF-19. UNS certainly bought a few, but it doesn't clearly state that the VF-19 actually became their (UNS) main-line fighter. The description for the YF-19 even says this: If anything, I think UNS went from VF-11->VF-171 for their main VF, not VF-11->VF-19->VF171.
  22. I think the main focus will be on the animated works (SDFM, DYRL?, FB2012, II, +, 7/D7, 0, F). The other productions like the games will probably get smaller 1-2 issue long sections.
