    Nah, I believe Ranka was out of place, too young (or looked too young). I liked the triangle in SDF Macross, it was more balanced (at least Minmay didn't look like a child) Loli stuff is a trend I suppose.

    Just watched the movie, the songs weren't that catchy, and I didn't like the end [i was expecting some tragedy for Ranka not for Sheryl ]. I liked the DYRL resemblances and Isamu's cameo though.

    I like Basara, and Sheryl, they have similar personalities. I love the fact that they just want to sing with all their hearts even fighting a lot of troubles and misfortunate events.

    I liked Ishtar, the Gilgamesh's and the VF-2 and that was more like it... I wish they created something similar to the story between Hibiki and Ishtar with Max and Miria. They just met and were soon married :/
