  1. Here we go
  2. I can believe that.
  3. @Chronocidal @MacrossJunkie @manfred17 I’ve played with this and transformed it back and forth a few times now. Unfortunately the wing/gun fitting issue doesn’t seem like a QC problem; rather it appears to be careless design so it will plague all copies of this. The fixes mentioned by the three fellow members listed above will ALL help, namely: 1) push back the forearm sheaths as far back to the elbow as possible for fighter, 2) shave down the wing-to-leg pegs, 3) shave down the block to which the rail guns are attached. I’m sorry I don’t know how to quote all the appropriate posts but they all have posted very helpful pictures in this thread.
  4. Wow! That looks great!
  5. Oh I know. Markets and leisure spaces too.
  6. Listen, I said Prometheus, not Dream Boat 🍕🚢
  7. Given, but berthing for 5000 people, maybe double the number of aircraft loadout of Nimitz, and a lot less onboard fuel storage necessary still leaves a large amount of extra room in a Prometheus proportionally compared to said Nimitz. Which is used for… what, other than more people and more FutureTech equipment? Cargo?
  8. I’m aware of all that. There’s nothing more to my calculation than feasibility of living space.
  9. Expanding on pengbuzz’s point, instead of whatever that weird crew calculation was, Nimitz is 333m long and has 6000 complement including air crew. Prometheus is 512m. Assuming same relative proportion on each side, its internal volume would be about 3.6x of the Nimitz. 3.6 x 6000 = 21600. So it works. * Yes I know there are a lot of assumptions here nerds, just showing it’s plausible.
  10. Got mine from LP also. Big Amazon box with the smaller box inside, with like one sheet of packing paper maybe 4 bubbles. I got lucky; this could easily have been damaged in transit with this crap packing job. No Kitkat no card no nothin’. Not that I care about that stuff, but the variation between packages is interesting.
  11. Ugh that is terrible! Sorry dude!
  12. I guess, but if they're getting me the item for price paid I don't really care how they source it, unless they're using child soldiers or something. Anyway I got my tracking on 1/17, today it's in Chicago on its way to me with USPS.
  13. Presumably the paper specs of -303, -29, and -31AX are within some margin where a skilled pilot (or AI) could match with each other with a degree of story tension. Probably the -24 as well, towards the top end of that.
  14. I’m mainly curious about that weird beam gun in the weapon container. What its use case is.
  15. LunaPark is definitely not a scam, it's a legit store. Check back in a couple days.
  16. Yep, I’m also a fan. It’s my favorite Macross toy info source.
  17. Hey that looks pretty good!
  18. Need a toy of one 😐
  19. LOL always using your artistic skills for nefarious purposes!
  20. Well there goes my memory.
  21. Do Valks carry ladders or something? They have various ingress/egress means but often stop where those would be dozens of feet from the ground. (I’m aware some have ex gear or can be scooped up by arms, but certainly not in all scenes where this happens.)
  22. I don’t doubt that’s your experience, but as an aggregate data shows cars are getting more reliable. There’s a lot of perception bias for some people thinking old stuff is inherently better.
  23. The regular 31’s have great tolerances. The only thing that bugs me is that they can’t hold their weapons for crap with the articulated hands. You can sort of make it work but any nudge or movement and it’ll fall.
  24. Apples and oranges for standards though
