I'll stay positive I guess, if anything just for the hope that I see a SDF-1 TV, Max and Millia VF-11's, Millia's VF-17 and Sound Force completion. The problem I have though is it seems the other companies web site is all about dolls

Damn, I hope we don't have to rely on Bandai to supply all of our valk toy needs. If that becomes the case, the available pool of new Macross toys would shrink dramatically with the low production runs they do.

Still waiting on my Sheryl/Basara, but for how cheap the Mylene was I can't complain about quality at all. As Erik said they look really good for the cost.

Yeah I don't collect static figures either really. My wife kinda helped push me into these, and at the low cost I was not too concerned. She actually collect the PVC figures in the house.

I just got my SQ Macross 30th Mylene x Ranka figure today, still waiting on my Sheryl x Basara to arrive. For how cheap the Mylene was it's not a bad quality figure at all. I feel it's a bit girly for my tastes, but I decided I would get the whole collection. At least my wife loves the Mylene one. Does anyone know when Ranka x Flower girl will be released or go up for pre-order?

The parts replacement through NY seems to be hell. I also have been asking for service and feel like they are giving the run around. They have only given me tiny replies saying "we have contacted the maker"

Well they were listed @ 250 each. I jumped on them with the quickness. He replied with: "Any chance you'd be willing to also buy the YF-29 and VF-171? I just had a family tragedy and lost my mother and sister. This will help with services." I replied with: "Sorry to hear about your mother and sister, I send you and your loved ones my deepest regrets. Unfortunately I have both of the YF-29 schemes and a VF-171, I am stretching my budget as is by getting these 2. My wife is allowing me to buy these for my birthday. What is the condition of the 2 renewals? I can send payment immediately." Then I heard nothing for a few days. Once the seller came back he said: Hi, sorry it is currently on hold for another person pending payment. I will let you know if it falls through. It's like he would have sold them to me if I would have bought all 4, but that was around $1000. He never even updated them saying they were pending or on hold. Then the listing was yanked as far as I can tell. Kind of sucks, but I guess he can do whatever he wants. I so wanted them for my birthday to fill out the other Super parts sets I have. Now I also don't have a gift lined up lol. I wonder if anyone here actually got them.... I was a returning buyer too

I think it may also fluctuate due to how they source the item. I wonder if they hunt the items around town, because they tend to get things that I can't find elsewhere after pre-orders are shipped out.

Honestly for me, I think the rarity of the VF-4 means no, you would not be getting a fair trade. Although I had one of the arms on the 2 I got fall off as I tried to bring the arm down. The die-cast just crumbled. I sent in a request via the vendor to Yamato, and have yet to hear anything. They made it sound like Yamato is really busy because they had a ton of toys breaking. I am not sure If I buy that though, as I have only had 1x 1/48 gerwalk joint crumble on first transform due to a really badly molded joint and the VF-4 incident. I feel I have a pretty large collection of Yamato toys and have only had those 2 incidents.
