  1. Very nice stuff....I have a few of the Skylark DYRL promo items, but pretty much gave up on collecting them as acquiring a complete set has become practically a "mission impossible" after 30+ years of searching.... What else have you managed to add to your Skylark collection? I think I have a couple of the sticker sheets....can't recall but I think there are four sets of them.... Some interesting items can be seen on the last page of the DYRL program booklet....

  3. Nice Takatoku collection....what are you still missing? Are you after all the Macross Takatoku items...including the Henkei's and other plastic/rubber toys?
  4. Because the weight of the diecast legs doesn't allow for those "cool" poses for too long after the first few transformations.....it becomes a floppy mess....hopefully the ratchet knee joints have been beefed-up....but the use of the flight pose is not encouraging....
  5. Thanks! It's a pin from the Macross "Healthy Wings Orchestra" pin set.... http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/topic/37292-macross-cloisonnéenamel-pins/?do=findComment&comment=1487809
  6. It would be great if these "improvements" made it to a reissued VF-1S...however, if the VF-1J is still a floppy mess after a few weeks of handling then any of these improvements would be negated...
  7. On Page 4 of the battroid transformation....it seems like there are 2 pegs/holes connecting the back of the leg to the main body in fighter mode....so hopefully that will keep it in place much better than than the VF-1S did...it is a big annoyance on the sample I have...I have to keep pressing it back into place each time it is handled...can't tell from the pics but I hope they also fixed the way the fuselage connects to the main body in fighter mode...mine keeps coming apart with handling..... I still like my VF-1S, but it is definitely not something that you can handle too often....it was a "set-it-and-forget-it" display piece when I first got it....even more so now even with limited handling Hope KC took all of the feedback from the VF-1S and came up with a nice V1.5...
  8. no more puke green stand for one....
  9. I think Disney said no more trilogy format....
  10. So if KL is willing to do a 1/12 cockpit for a KC product....wonder if they would be willing to do some hangar and diorama sets for Bandai HMR Macross products?

  12. The wayfinder obviously was "force teleported" to Kylo by Rey....along with the X-wing's hyperdrive engine....so by the time we saw Rey do the same trick with Anakin's lightsaber, it was already the second or third time, at minimum, they had performed this force shenanigan off-screen! JJ figured the audience would have rolled their eyes out of their sockets by this point in the movie had it actually all been shown on screen. The novelization and the JJ Binks Cut will go over all this in exhaustive detail!
  13. Hopefully something without QA issues....
  14. yep...heck, I'd be happy if someone super-sized the old 1/55! I just want a jumbo machinder scaled VF-1 kanzen henkei...is that too much to ask?
  15. Think I'll just wait for some enterprising third-party to SUPER-SIZE the Bandai DX VF-1 to something close to 1/20...$500 maybe?
