A shame indeed.....these were just snippets of various scenes from the original SDFM that were created for the Macross Fever pachinko game from a few years back.

I wouldn't mind a reboot...but it seems unlikely.... Thankfully you can live your reboot fantasies with these....

This would be another nice add-on set for someone to make/sell....this one looks like a design that may have eventually evolved into Tomahawk add-ons.....maybe that is where the mash-ups from Macross the First came from...

It still isn't...you can achieve this pose with practically all SDF-1 toys... ....the "gerwalk" mode is still an impossible feat....at least from a production toy...they are all missing the "LK" bits GERWALK - Ground Effective Reinforcement of Winged Armament with Locomotive Knee-joint....

Besides a proper DYRL version of the GBP....I would dip again for a weathered version.....either TV or DYRL type

I would suggest the Megahouse, but it suffers from "stubby" legs when not in cruiser mode.....cruiser mode looks the best though...since it is a "parts-former" they missed the opportunity to get all the modes just right....hopefully, Bandai or Arcadia will come through someday...

Unfortunately, all I have are the Macross-related Convertors.....I do not have any Convertors catalogs nor have I ever run into any. I am not sure if any were ever made, but your best bet would be to look for toy catalogs from the 80's on ebay. Happy Hunting!
