    Seems like Tenjin is done with illustrating the HMR's....Also, I think it would have been better for Risa Ibata to have illustrated Minmay and Misa in her style rather than copying Mikimoto's...

    Second episode was pretty good at the end....don't have any high hopes, but I do like the "dark" MCU stuff so far...which admittedly is not much...unless you include the stuff that came before the MCU, like Blade and Ghost Rider, which I guess is now a part of it?

    Bandai should satisfy the "Chunky Monkey" itch by re-releasing the real Chunky Monkey in some DYRL editions for the film's 40th anniversary...a reissue of the VE-1 and/or VT-1 would be an insta-buy for me...including using the same boxart as the original releases!

    True...SD/Chibi stuff are meant to look as they do all along....it's a niche... This garbage was designed, I would imagine, to "look cool"....but they come off as the worst of fanfic designs at best...but I guess even garbage can be a niche.... This company took a chance with these designs knowing there would be some buyers that would be oddly attracted to them....for that they do deserve some credit.....they will corner the market on trash designed VF-1s!....

    Seems like just yesterday that this HMR line got started....but it's been almost 9 years! ....and I'm still waiting for an HMR Tomahawk and Phalanx....any day now we'll get that PO announcement!

    Same....although I have not seen any pics of the Zentran pilot....I guess there is not much one can do with these POs at this point...I did reply asking about the figures, not sure if they will respond with anything before shipping them out.....I'll have mine soon

    If you attach the fists...they can fold into the arm...so technically it's as PT as a Yamato or Bandai DX... I don't own any other Three Zero toys so not sure if wratcheted joints are not their thing.....maybe someone who is more familiar with their toys can confirm.... Mine is still holding up just fine since it's initial release and I have transformed it numerous times....the biggest weakness is that loose bit at the waist....not sure how well the same piece is holding up on the DX as I seldom transform the 2 I have opened....just don't care for the scale thus not as interested in fiddling around with it to find out...

    If the Fugu Jetfire is anything like other KO 1\60 VFs....then yes....you would be dissapointed....I have a KO 1\60 SSP VF-1S and IMO it is better than a "legit" 1\72 KC VF-1.....with that said...if you just wanted to have both on a static display as a testament to the audacity of KO purveyors these days...it would be a fun display....

    If you are someone that likes to admire your Macross toys on a shelf or display cabinet...they don't look too bad from afar....if you like to transform them often, then look elsewhere....they are on the delicate side....for me, I like them enough to collect canon schemes....the "jetfire" looks good but there are fitment issues in fighter mode, which is the weakest mode on all of KC's VF-1's...especially when mounted with Super Packs...at least after the lone VF-1J V 2.0 release....the hope, at least for me, was to also have Enemy Mecha, Destroids, and Zentradi figures from their 6" line to compliment their VF's at their scale....but that hope seems to be diminishing fast....
