Now I can't unsee the ginormous face on the DX...it should much smaller per the lineart and anime...

The angle seems the same to me as the DX...this why the difference in their size seems so extreme... Yeah...they need to do something about the clear glass "look"...

Can't unsee the comically tiny feet on the Yamato now... Will the DX version still have an exposed cockpit "bubble" in battroid? TBH, I can't recall if it remains exposed in the anime or lineart? It just doest look "right" to me as a clear glass bubble...

Doesn't matter...neither will fit correctly... The problem isn't the armor...it's the leg tabs.... Just to be clear....this only affects fighter mode....Battroid and Gerwalk will both be fine... -

Unless they are packaging these using the "new" smaller boxes, the VF-1S box should come with the regular missiles...the "set" is actually 2 separate boxes, one containing the VF-1S and the other the FP armor... Also note that the Fast Pack Armor v2.0 will not tab in correctly in fighter mode due to the modification of the leg tabs on the V 2.x, which this "set" comes with...just something to keep in mind.... -
I doubt you have anything to worry about....The original book is still available on Amazon.....pretty sure this one will be available as well a year from now

A bunch of retailers seem to have it in stock...just have to search for it....only way I'd get one is if it is proven that it is no different than the SDCC version...I'm good on Tenjin autographs so have no interest in paying anywhere close to MSRP for a copy....

Some sellers on Amazon seem to claim it is in stock...but that could be wrong... If you can find an actual listing on ebay to prove it's in the wild, then it could be that Amazon just didn't get their stock...although seems odd they wouldn't...
