  1. I'm suprised you haven't been slapped for flamebaiting areaseven. I swear, you must be trying to piss me off. Alex Wright and Glacier were both jobbers that weren't even fit to be in the ring, and Disco Inferno was just as big as an ass until the demise of the WCW, when he finally came up with a finishing move that was even worth a damn.
  2. It's been confirmed. After 12 years in development hell, Duke Nukem Forever is finally going to be released. THE KING IS BACK!!!
  3. Nice Babylon 5 reference. From what I saw of the new series... I think I'm going to projectile vomit. God, too bad Filmation ran out of money and couldn't do a third chapter where they totaly destroy Mumm-Ra's helmet, preventing him from ever reviving. I wonder if Qubo Channel will add the classic series to thier "Nite Owl" block. It's certainly better than shittyass Ghostbusters.
  4. Was it Johnny Storm that was killed off or Toro's mentor?
  5. areaseven, I'm a fan of the NITRO era of wrestling (especially when the NWO started their takeover), not that detritus. When Paul Whyte was actually good in the ring, and when "The Natural" Dustin Rhodes had his stint there. Scott Hall Kevin Nash Kanyon Booker-T and Stevie Ray (Harlem Heat) Chavo and Eddie Gurrero Huventud Gurrera Ultimo Dragon La Parka Rey Mysteryo, Jr. Sting "The Total Package" Lex Lugar "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair Diamond Dallas Page Dean Malenko Arn Anderson and THE FOUR F*CKING HORSEMEN!!! |||| Steve "Mongo" McMichael Konan Psychosis I hope Page gives you a Diamond Cutter, areseven.
  6. I see they fixed the problem by by fusing Rodimus' ring and middle fingers together. Probably too many people online posting pictures of their Transformers Masterpiece figures giving the bird.
  7. Don't forget to scour that part of the battlefield for Krogan corpses, That's the only way to max out your credit bonus in that mission. Not if you have a loyal Zayeed and Grunt help hold the line. They'll actually help keep people in the line alive. It's also a given that anyone in your squad will live through the final battle of The Suicide Mission.
  8. I agree with that. Even though I didn't see all of the original series (I saw what CN showed at the time, I'm going to check Netflix later if they have it ready to stream), I have read the translated books Awakening, Escalation, and Confrontation. Is it just me or... I liked 08th. MS Team. The ending was a little weak, though (even more weak since CN, in their infinite wisdom, decied to cut the damned thing).
  9. Anyone giong to take advantage of this weekend's double experience points bonus for Black Ops.? I don't know if this applies to MW2 or not, though. I'm arlredy in 2nd. Prestiege ranks working on my third (I don't have that much of a life, but I certainly not not have one). One thing tough, they need to add a Hardcore section for the First Strike list of maps, for those of us who want to go hardcore on those maps only.
  10. My eyes!!! My eyes are bleeding!!!Or to quote Londo Molari from Babylon 5: "It's not the smelll, it's the buring of the eyes!!!" Nah, the red one with the cheap grin giving the Chicago Wave with both hands. He also did a few video games, one that comes to mind is Ziggy in the Xenosaga games. I don't know if he was involved with the masterpiece Xenogears, though (I just checked Wikipedia, he wasn't). He was also in Mana Khemia: Alchemist of Al-Revis as Flay Gunnar and Zeppel Kriever. He was also King Aryglyph VIII in Star Ocean III, amazing.
  11. If you're going up aganst the Thresher Maw, use the Collector Particle Beam Rifle, Just make sure you get him in the head. Failing that, the Maw is very vunerable to incendary ammunition and Bioitics (its health bar being only armor, after all).
  12. You need to get a memory card adapter to transfer your files to the "memory card" you create on the PS3 hard drive.
  13. And it's times like this I miss the "Finga!" emotocon.
  14. Pretty good, as is the cover done by Great White. Too bad about that bonehead stunt they pulled in New England years ago. That was a real tragedy.
  15. Shows where their minds are at. I think flying off to be the GRIM REAPER'S LOVER is much better than hearing a song that has alomst nothing but obscenities in it.
  16. ... ... God, Bayformer Shockwave looks like it was not only beaten with the ugly stick, but sodomized with it as well. It's offical, Micheal Bay has his head exactly where it belongs... crammed perfectly and squarely up his ass!!! I'll take the G1 Shockwave anyday, British arrogance and all.
  17. Look at it this way, at least we got NAVY: N.C.I.S. out of Jag.
  18. Hilrarious. But then some people just don't listen to the meaning of the lyrics; let them stew in thir ignorance. You'd blush when you find out what the lyrics to ZZTop's "And I Thank You" Actually means.
  19. TMZ got a hold of that clip. Let's just hope they'll be able to remove the obvious Los Angeles landmarks (Disney Hall, anyone?) otherwise a lot of die-hard comic fans will be pissed off "in a rather royal way" (I could'nt resist the "Twice Upon a Time" qoute; Lorenzo Music was perfect in that film).
  20. Just ripped these onto the old XBox hard drive (CD name Crank up the Classic Rock). "Takin' Care of Business", Bachman Turner Overdrive "Jungle Love", Steve Miller Band "Blinded by the Light", Manfred Mann's Earth Band (The Boss actually wrote this one about racing Deuce coupes; I thought the lyrics referred to Hearts, because it's hard as all hell to Shoot the Moon with the deuce of hearts in your hand) "Foreplay/Long Time", Boston "Bad to the Bone", George Thorogood and the Destroyers "Smoke on the Water", Deep Purple (_-|-- to a certain Frank Zappa and the Mothers fan, you flare gun wielding son of a bitch; the finger is kinda halfhearted, though, because if that event hadn't happened, we wouldn't have a song that kicks maximum ass) "Jailbreak", Thin Lizzy (one of Lynnot's (sp.?) best) "(Don't Fear) The Reaper", Blue Oyster Cult (one of their darkest best) "Green-Eyed Lady", Sugarloaf "Heartbreaker", Pat Benatar "Roller", April Wine "Long Cool Woman (In a Black Dress)", The Hollies "Feels Like the First Time", Foreigner "Renegade", Styx "Some Kind of Wonderful", Grand Funk Railroad "Slow Ride", Foghat "Ballroom Blitz", Sweet (I don't know if this was on the "Rocky Horror Picture Show" soundtrack, but it sounds like it would've fit right in with that zany movie)
  21. I got bored one day and decided to do the Xeogears cinema cheat on Disk 2 of the game. I was suprised by what I saw. The animation sequences were done by none other than Production Studio I.G., and the CG stuff was done by the masters at GONZO!!! No wonder why I loved this game; Learning in Tips & Tricks that Yasunori Mitsuda didthe soundtrack was also a nice touch (his best work next to his Final Fantasy stuff (I'm not sure if he did anything from Final Fantsy; I'm going by Tips & Tricks here); nah, his Xenogears stuff blows that stuff out of the water), I especially love the Yggdrasil sub theme. I think I'll start that game again, since it's been at least a few years since I've touched it.
  22. Sebatian Shaw is not Sebatian Shaw without the muttonchop sideburns!!!
  23. Peter's always been a genius, even in high school. I would loved to have partnered with him in any shop class .You're wrong guys. That suit is not ugly... its fugly.
  24. God, how I loved that show. Too bad those bastards over at Comcast decided to drop Encore Wam! from thier channel lineup. Both VanDread and VanDread: The Second Stage had an excellent story (it's a Gonzo show; look what they did with Hellsing). Too bad they didn't get to do a third series (both series together had an episode count of about 26 episodes), because I would love to see a full-blown war between
  25. Did you know that The Incredible Hulk's Rick Jones once donned the Bucky uniform during a stint with Cap in the seventies?
