  1. I wonder if this is going to do as well as Cop Rock. I can see it now, Dennis Franz as Steve.
  2. Sorta like the Iron Man movies are set in the Ultimate storyline (Nick Fury's a black guy in that line)?
  3. I like Sunstreaker better as a Lamborghini Countach.
  4. James Bond purists, prepare to go into orbit. It seems that the new GoldenEye game for the Wii will not have Pierce Brosnan in it. It seems that the jag-offs over at the company that are devolping the game are going to use Daniel Craig's instead. I learned this little tidbit on the 1:00 a.m. rebroadcast of last night's X-Play. In my opinion PIERCE BROSNAN IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE THE FACE OF GOLDENEYE!!!
  5. Here's hoping for Wolverine Medicine Ball (basically a Hulk and Wolverine tag-team maneuver).
  6. ah...now that u mentioned it, yeah, I suck at the controller too. Guess another negative point for me.... Here's how to use the controller for Combat in Mass Effect 2 (works the same way for the first game), if you want to know.First, utilize the auto-cover feature (basicly running at an object while holding the "A" button), then you use the left trigger to activate the aiming feature and use the right analog stick to move the reticle. Unsuprisingly the right trigger of the controller is used to fire the weapon. You can still fire from the hip if you want to (perfect for shotguns), but I don't recommend it. Back on topic. I have both Front Mission 3 and 4. Even though 3 is very hard on the eyes, the story and customization more than made up for that shortcoming. 4 was a minor disappointment for me having the skills tied to the pilots' specializations, insted of the parts unlocking them during battle.
  7. Damn, that's a remold of the Classics figures, not the original Hot Rod and Cyclonus.
  8. Hardcastle and McCormick was an alright show. My mom liked Wiseguy, but not as much as The Equalizer.
  9. If you want a prime example of that, you can go no further than to look at the cover of Andrew W.K.'s I Get Wet. I'm not shitting you guys when I say he actually smashed his own face in with a brick for that pic.
  10. June 23, 1974. The day Disco should've died. From the poster poster "Just in Case You Need an Excuse to PARTY!" Skid Row "18 and Life" "Slave to the Grind" "Monkey Business"
  11. Just finished the mission "Survive" last night in splitscreen co-op on Normal. All I'll say is that... I want to know, how long did you survive, and on what difficulty?
  12. Still, they have to kow-tow the the National Education Association.
  13. No, I'll bring up...AC/DC "Back in Black" "You Shook Me All Night Long. "Thunderstruck" "Hell's Bells" "Shoot to Thrill" Some Bon Scott AC/DC "Highway to Hell" "TNT"
  14. Ever since the federal government took over the public school system (unconstitionally I might add), it has been one big mess.
  15. Ah, well. "The Adventures of Ford Fairlane" was basically an excuse for Andrew "Dice" Clay to make as big an ass out of himself as possible on the big screen anyway.
  16. I see to took Wayne Newton's advice to heart, Gubaba. "If you can't say something nice to someone, make sure they're out of the god damned room."
  17. Cute, real cute.No bet necessary. Vader would Force Choke the lot of them.
  18. Okay, excellent where Eternity comics are concerned . I know there are better artists out there.
  19. Ehrgiez: God Bless the Ring (c'mon, where else do you get to play as Vincent Valentine as a Turk before Hojo screwed him over? Hell, you can even play as Sephiroth) I don't know about the new game, though. I have to try it before I make a comment. About the First-Person arcade mecha arcade games, Battletech came out with a simulator system (the sytem we had here was in Memorial City Mall before the remodel) where you actually were in a Battlemech cockpit battleing it out with your friends. When my brother played it, he always chose the Mad Cat Prime loadout. Oh, and when you played them, you and the "Eject" switch were very good friends.
  20. Yeah, it suprised me when I found out on this site that Kowamori did the character designs for Convoy/Optimus Prime.I classify both Golion/Lion Voltron and Dairugger 15/Vehicle Voltron as mecha, mainly because both require pilots to operate them.
  21. Okay, point taken. The reasons why I like The Malcontent Uprisings from the Eternity line so much were Bill Spangler's writing (pretty good, but I know there's better out there), and Michael Ling's excellent artwork. I mean, c'mon, who didn't crack a grin when Breetai gave that Army of the Southern Cross infantryman a Big Bad Boot to the face in issue #7 (the best of the old Robotech issues, in my opinion).
  22. That's kinda strange, since I've never even heard of the freaking band!!!This teasing is getting a little out of hand.
  23. I bet the budget of "The Last Dinosaur" was so low they couldn't afford Ray Harryhausen (sp.?).
  24. Let me guess, the paintjob on that VF-1A a custom job, or is it from DYRL?
  25. Simon and Garfunkel "The Mighty Quinn" "Bridge Over Troubled Waters" Peter Gabriel "Sledgehammer" "Big Time" "In Your Eyes" Genesis "That's All" "Invisible Touch" Phil Collins "In the Air Tonight" Cream "Sunshine of Your Love" (I don't know if John Bender (Judd Nelson) did this riff or Deep Purple's "Smoke on the Water" during that famous scene) "White Room"
