So I went to my local HobbyTown USA today for some paint and happened upon this... anybody know anything about Hot Wheels Elite making Star Wars ships??? Kind of surprised me. I like their 1:18 cars, they aren't Autoart quality, but very good for not as much money. It didn't look half bad, but I thought it was a little high at like $65. Thoughts??? (Sorry, don't know where else to post this, so I picked here)

Both V2s. Paid retail for the VE-1 at time of release, had to pay a pretty penny for the VT-1 a few years back... but it has good shoulders.... at least the last time I looked... LOL

weeeellll... if Bandai had been polite enough to put hardpoints on the wings, like Yamato was nice enough to.. they would have missiles and not be about to be blown to bits!!!

Speaking of Trek ships that are actually done properly.... finished filling in the windows on my Diamond Select Toys E today, I'm gonna get some cheap spray paint and paint the base like a communicator from Nemesis, then I'll call it good to put on my desk. Should I mask off all the clear bits and give it a flat coat???? It's already pretty flat honestly.. not sure if it's worth it.. Opinions welcome..

Yes, I bought the J when it came it, it's like an ugly duckling kind of thing, I just have fun thinking about how gigantic and cool it is in universe and have fun imagining all the cool tech stuff that would be on board. Basically a city in a ship. I know there's not much love for it, but it's SO far out of left field I kind of dig it.

I believe it was EXO who made a bazooka for the Beagle bikes years ago, along with the side and top storage containers for the bike. I got a set of the containers, but passed on the bazooka.

Eaglemoss sent me the USS Aventime... for my money, the most gorgeous star ship I've seen in a long time... this should be the next Enterprise design after E... very good model, all tampo is spot on and engines are straight. Great detail other than the plain blue deflector dish, but that's a nitpick really...

Got it... thanks... can't say it's very stable though... adapter needs to lock on to the Valk better... oh well..

VE-1 acquired from Post Office...great little HM-R. Silly question... hooooow does one attach the battroid adapter to one of the Bandai Battle Pod stands???.....see pic.. the Gerwalk and Fighter mode adaptors snap right on....
