As usual with Robosh..t fans it's a mediocre attempt, even the pilot designs look like gundam seed stuff, I feel sad for these guys, instead of doing these they should be designing a new house for the teletubbies, talent is not someting they have...bleh...

I'm glad you guys liked Zero, I found it to be a rather empty and impersonal ova, quite boring too, 75% of the animation is awesome and that's it, story wise it sucks, the designs are very good for the most part, the amphibian Octos should have appeared more and that stupid Monster with hands left out of the series, the characters were so so and that Afos was just awfull, although I enjoyed the series the first time I never went back to see it again, it only reinforces my opinion that Kawamori should be kept away of directing and writting more macross, he's an awesome mecha designer but as a writter he just lost what he had during SDF, dyrl and M+., just my 0.02 cents Later

You guys should quit thinking Yamato toys are the big thing, the VF-1 was actually redesigned for the hasegawa models, subtle changes indeed but quite effective, go and take a look at Hasegawa's models, SK worked on an up to date vf-1 with this guys, the changes are subtle but the result makes the old vf-1 look like anything we have today, agreed that we needed a CG vf-1 in macross zero (poor macross sequel IMHO) to make it look modern, but for the moment take a look at the animation in the Saturn game. A few pages back somebody said that Macross should not become what gundam has become in that there's a sequel every year and blah blah, well, I would love to have more macross sequels, not one of questionable quality every 10 years, it may sound heretic but IMHO SK has lost a lot of what he had during the days of Macross, DYRL and M+, somebody else should do the writting and directing of new macross shows. Pokemon, Beyblade, Medabots and the similar whole bunch of stupid shows are on the same league as digimon, totally pathetic anime for milking crappy toy lines made for idiotic kids, IMHO it's a total piece of shiit show, very close in lameness to macross 7, go watch DYRL? before things get worse. I agree with Graham... teletubies and Barney are in the same league too

Blade runner is not bad, the plot is a bit weak maybe, but the scenario is great, however as for crappy classic sci-fi that movie "Tron" is one of the more overated POS ever, it's like that movie called "War Games" or something like that with Mathew Broderic, bleh!

Jerry Seinfeld, I forgot to mention this fool, he's one of the lamest actors ever! the entire cast of Seinfeld is actually crappy but that fruit cake Jerry is the worst of the lot. And while I'm at it the entire crapfest cast of "Party of five", I can forgive J. Love Hewit only 'cause she's so hot, but the rest can be executed. Honorable mention to the turd cast of Friends and whoever had something to do with that series.

What a POS series, really bad in every fu...ing respect, I wonder if Fukuda's wife was involved with Macross 7...bleh... Bring Tomino for the next series, he would surely know how to give Shinn the miserable ending he deserves. Any ideas on when Soundtrack IV comes out, the only song I really like from GSD appears at the beggining of the series but until now it hasn't appeared on any of the 3 soundtracks, by the way, if any of you guys have this one please tell me where you got it or send it to my email, is the song when Kira is asked to pilot the freedom again on that episode when some comandos were trying to kill Lakus, I can't remember the episode, but it's pretty obvious wich one, it's the first time Freedom appears on this series, the song starts with piano tunes. Help please and TIA!

Ok, here I go: Macross 7 good points: Mecha: VF-17, VF-11 (Armored one not included, the big gun simply spoils this design, the rest is ok), VF-22, VF-5000, are great Ships: the frigates, carriers, factory, cementery and academy ships are awesome, the Macross class not included because the bridge and the stupid hands suck, the rest of the "entertainment" ships just suck big time as also the enemy ones. Characters: ok, here's a tough one, but Gamlin is ok, Max too, the bridge bunnies and Emilia, no one else.... Story: no comments since this is a "good things only" tread Music: I like most of the soundtracks, I would have loved some background music for battles and stuff, not only Basara all the time. Enemies: no comments... you know why... Overall: -10/10
