Just wondering how the speakers and missiles will attach to the wings of the DX toy, as AFAIK it does not have any hardpoints. I guess Bandai may possibly retool the wings to add hard points ala Yamato. Or perhaps the accessories attach via an overwing clip like the missiles that came with the old 1/55 VF-1S Strike Valkyrie (I sure hope not). Anyway, exclusives suck. Graham

Guys, I'm stuck on the Mac Plus stage called 'Before the Snow' (or something like that) and could do with some advice. It's the stage set in a snowy landscape, where you have to shoot lots or Regults, Glaugs, Q-Raus and about 4 big Zentran ships. I've got S or SS on nearly all the other Mac Plus stages, but no matter how quickly I kill everything, I can't get higher than an A and sometimes still get Bs or Cs. Is there a special order that you have to kill things, or some other trick? The other Mac Plus stage that is still givin me problems, is the second from last normal stage IIRC. It's the one where you have to kill olots of VF-1A in space. You then go down to the city and fight both Guld and Isamu. I can take them both out quite quickly, without taking damage, but still can't get an S. Just wondering is there some special condition you have to fulfill? Graham

Not entirely true, there are also subtle differences to the chestplate (slight reshaping and a couple of small blisters added). David also thinks there is a difference with the backplate as well, in that it has different shaped slots for the head lasers to rest in fighter mode. Graham

Prices are pretty good IMO, considering you get Super Packs and a display stand. Still cheaper than Yamato's bare YF-19, which doesn't include a stand or FAST packs. Graham

Looking good. It's reasuring to see necks on both the VF-25G and RVF-25. I'm still concerned whether the VF-25G's gunpod will have any ground clearance in fighter mode, due to the short landing gear. Hope to see the plethora of whiote markings on the Super packs tampo porinted on the production versions. Graham

Anybody know how to get the Thora 01 to play? Downloaded it and it's just a bunch of .ttf, .otf and one .ass file. Can't get it to play using either VLC or Media Player Classic. Thora 02 to 07 are all .MKV and play fine for me using CCCP & Media Player Classic. Graham

Yay, after 22 hours playing the M7 missions, I finally tuned up all but the sound force mecha to the limit, got an S rank on all the missions and my first ever SS on the Ex mission with Max doing the canyon run in his VF-22 (this had been giving me a lot of trouble). On to the Macross Plus missions at last. Graham

Well, after a dozen transformations, the left front landing gear door will no longer stay on in battroid mode. The nubs that hold it on have worn away, so the slightest touch, as in when transforming to battroid mode causes it to fall off. In he closed position, the door will still stay on. Graham

Why would a VF pilot be stupid enough to fly right in front of a Gundam at point blank range and stand still while the Gundam hit him with his beam sabre. VFs are all about superior speed, mobility, range and firepower. Graham

The MSRP is about what was previously rumored and seems acceptable to me, as long the toy locks together well, doesn't suffer from lose joint syndrome and is nicely finished. Oh and should be mostly of ABS construction. I will pass if it is the same PVC dog poo material as the EMSIA and GFF. Can't stand that rubbery crap. That price is only slightly higher than the model kit. Graham
