  1. When is Ozma out? I forget, is it supposed to be the end of January? Graham
  2. Nope, nothing to do with a Bandai 171, as far as I know. Graham
  3. If you want a D, be prepared to wait near the end of the year. There are reasons for this, I just can't say what they are . Graham
  4. One of my chest commons also came off after about 3 transformations. No biggie, just add a dab of super glue and slide it back into the metal rod. Problem solved in 30 seconds. Anyway, I've already informed Yamato last week, that for the next release, they should make sure the factory firmly house the chest cannons in place. Of course whether they take my advice is another suggestion entirely. Graham Haha! I laughed out loud when I read your post. Graham
  5. I'd love if Yamato released the atmospheric Super Packs for the VF-11C, but they seem relectant to do anything more with the VF-11, which is a shame. I also wish the Super Packs that come with the VF-11C were a slightly darker shade of bluish-grey, as they appear in the anime, rather than light grey. Graham
  6. I was going to say something similar. Graham
  7. Ya gots to grow some fingernails! No short fingernails need apply! I use the fingernails of my left and right index finger, under the left and right sides of the canopy to gently and gradually raise/wiggle/prise the canopy straight up until it's far enough up that it can be hinged upwards. Graham
  8. Cool, the Tomahawk looks nice as well. Graham
  9. Yes, but micro-missile launcher doors are just doors and a completely different kettle of tuna to externally mounted semi-conformal missiles. Graham
  10. I love both fighter mode and battroid mode equally. I'm not really a gerwalk mode person at all for any VF. Graham
  11. You should also post this in the model forum! I wanna see a WM Cheng build up on this! Graham
  12. A quick tip in case you ruin the Diamond Force 'Double Triangle' emblem while trying to trim it, as I did twice..........doh! The Gamlin, Max and MIllia VF-22S sticker sheets also have this sticker on, so if you have any VF-22S toys, you will have a back up of this sticker (assuming you haven't used it already). Graham
  13. Pics please, wanna see what they look like when appplied Graham
  14. The only stickers you really need are 2 x UN Spacy Kites for the left and right sides of the chestplate hump and 1 x 'double triangle' Diamond Force logo for the left side of the chestplate. For the other stickers, just put them wherever you feel looks good. Personally, I feel the two sizes of UN Spacy Kite stickers supplied with the VF-17S are too big and too small. On my VF-17S, I've started using the UN Spacy Kite stickers from the v.2 VF-1 toys which I have loads of spares, as they never got used with the VF-1 toys. You can see from the attached pic, where I chose to place some of the stickers on my VF-17S. Graham
  15. I needed the spare canards. I broke one before, when a YF-19 took a tumble off the shelf. So yeah, thanks for including them Yamato. Graham
  16. Not much interest in this to be honest, even if subbed. Happy with my Animego set. Even if their were English subs, would Blu-ray honestly do anything to improve the video quality of an anime TV series from 1982? (honest question coming from someone who has yet to see the need for a Blu-ray player). And I already own Pefect Memory, so no need for that. Graham
  17. Damn, that Rayven looks nice, but was disappointed to find out it was an electric flywheel gun If it was a manual cocking springer, I would have bought it for sure. Graham
  18. "Who ya gonna call?" "Go Busters!" LOL Graham
  19. Impressive, most impressive. Graham
  20. Looking forward to a new and improved YF-19, as besides the loosness and cracking problems, it's really showing its age design-wise next to the beautiful VF-19Kai and VF-19S. Graham
  21. Have already emailed Yamato with your suggestions about: Having the 12 semi-conformal missiles detachable (a must). having hard-points on the wing, so that the VF-4 can fit the missiles from the v2 1/60 VF-1. Having the VF-4's hands designed so that they can hold the GU-11 gunpod from the v2 VF-1. Having a gunpod adaptor to allow the gunpod to be mounted in fighter mode. No reply yet though. Graham
  22. Finally got around to watching the First 7 episodes of season 2. Better than the second half of season 1, but still fairly meh. Still prefer the comic and Romero's movies for my Zombie fix. Graham
  23. Looks like crappy rear visibility for the pilot And saying, "well these things are designed for BRV combat, so we don't need rear visibility", is all well and good, but outside of planned and scripted air exercises, how often do rules of engagement and the political situation, actually allow a BRV shot in a real combat situation!? While I'm no expert, seems like everything available in the public domain regarding modern air combat always points to the need for pilots to get a confirmed visual ID with the MK I eyeball, before being allowed to shoot. And I don't see that changing. Graham Yeah, I work a lot with COFDM video & telemetry transmission systems and latency can be a bitch sometimes. Graham
  24. Rearranged my bedroom shelves. I love Macross 7 mecha And to keep it on topic, the VF-17S rocks! Graham
  25. Checked and sorry, I don't have it. The one I have which I thought might be it, is shown in the attached pic. Graham
