  1. Well, yeah, that's because it's Nineball Seraph from Armored Core: Master of Arena.
  2. Holyshitholyshitholyshit. This calls for a "Target confirmed; commencing hostilities."
  3. Saw this earlier, gameplay looks like it's on-rails. If I wanted that, I'd play AfterBurner: Climax. I'm just glad they didn't give this game a number, hopefully this means there's still hope for Ace Combat 7.
  4. http://www.gamespot.com/video/6272741?tag=topslot;title;1 Ace Combat Assault Horizon trailer. This makes me sad.
  5. The only problem with that is it's a pain in the ass for anyone not running XP due to Vista and 7's signed certificate requirements. If you're willing to make the certificate, it's about the same as running RemoteJoyLite (Although the two cannot be running at the same time, unfortunately)
  6. Wouldn't have made a difference with the Macross game; the PS2 games were still region locked when using backwards compatability.
  7. Wouldn't a female version of Alto be a tomboy?
  8. From what I've heard, Peace Walker only has adhoc play, unfortunately.
  9. One thing that bugged me in this past episode was the sniper rifle selection; I was under the impression that GSG-9 did not use the PSG-1, but the DSR-1.
  10. Another thing that I disagree with. AC04 was fine, as it's not meant to be a sim, but an F-4 can still give your Su-37 trouble if it gets on your tail for the couple of seconds until you out-turn it; in any of the later games, you'll be on THEIR tail in about a second.
  11. Blasphemy. The series was fine until they decided to speed things up in AC4. Anyways, Mercenaries 2 is a pretty crappy game, given that everything that was promised was taken out, but I still enjoy blowing stuff up on co-op.
  12. FYI, we already have a topic for it. http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?showtopic=32843
  13. Yeah, I can't believe my friend wasted money on a rehash of the original plot.
  14. Monster Hunter Portable 3 announced. It is not based on Portable Second G or MHTri, but will draw from both games, such as including monsters from both(damn you Tigrex!) and weapons(Whooo! Switch axe!) No current release date, but hopefully it'll be released by the end of the year in Japan ...which means about half a year later for the US release.
  15. I've played with a friend of mine in campaign, but didn't play against him because I'm so far ahead in the game. Although, the co-op resulted in him getting Battle Frontier before he even STARTED the Frontier campaign...
  16. Aside from the obvious changes in the head, there's the fact that the Custom Fire Valkyrie doesn't have that small gap at the back of the wing, the intakes are different, and the cockpit design is noticeably different, as the CFV only has accommodation for the pilot.
  17. The Junction system had to be the most broken thing ever. Spend a little bit of time levelling up and getting Water before the Fire Cavern set you up for the next two discs. ...Damnit, can't I go anywhere without someone mentioning that now?
  18. I got that same reaction in Portable Ops Online when I used the Remington M870. Granted, I'm also the type of person that plants TNT right in front of a claymore at the top of steps...
  19. We've already established the fact that the last pic is a fake.
  20. There's no specific release date, but barring unforeseen delays, it's scheduled to be released in the latter half of this year.
  21. Must they put in random references to fables? Also, the fact that the SU-37 is ALREADY confirmed saddens me.
  22. Ugh...I REALLY want to play this, but my internet connection is so terrible that downloading any patches would take around a day, and lag would be awful.
  23. Let's just say that you're speed isn't going to be anywhere around 1600 kilometers per hour, more like around 200-300, and higher in a overboosting lightweight. This is a good example of what playing Silent Line'll be like, albeit with more difficult controls on the PSP, and the fact that the video is one pf the last missions of the game, so it's obviously harder than some other missions.
  24. Er....not really. The then-S-37 was revealed AFTER Macross Plus was released.
  25. Well, you'll like them if you liked their respective games back on the PS2, although the controls are a bit disorienting(Triangle and Square[or is it circle?] look up and down to account for the lack of extra shoulder buttons, Circle[or is it square?] fires your selected weapon, shoulder buttons strafe, X boosts, Up is core function, and down is left arm weapon)
