The weekend isnt over to say that just yet. Also I think the film release planning was poor. The date falls on finals week for most schools. 353425[/snapback] As opposed to Star Wars coming out at the end of Spring Semester? By all reports Kong is under-performing at the Box Office by a good amount.

Jesus God, I was 21 when FFVII came out!

My AnimEigo discs are in perfect condition...

I loved IX up until the last disc. In my opinion, they completed dropped the ball and blew the game then and there. Now that's just a really silly thing to say, isn't it? LOL, "true fans".

Its very odd to hear Minmay sounding like the original, but in english. I really can't tell from just those few clips whether Mari did or didn't pull it off, though. However, I won't be purchasing this set.

I'm one of those who has been with the Final Fantasy series since the very beginning. I've played and completed 1-10 (emulated III), and Tactics. Personally, I LOVED VII. I also HATED VIII. II was one of the worst games I have ever played, and III is, in my mind, the great forgotten gem of the series. The "old school gamers hate VII" myth is just that, a myth. Also, liking VII doesn't make you a moron or a "newbie". Ok, well, that's my rant for today.

I have to disagree. Watching Predator now can at times be very hard on the eyes. Dutch and company come across more like "special ed" than "special forces". -
How does one equate "plain action movie" and Michael Mann?

Which explains why the list makes no sense whatsoever. Its funny, I didn't know anyone actually used MSN... -
Considering Michael Mann was the Executive Producer for the entire run of the TV show, I would tend to think he knows what makes it Vice and what doesn't.

Why? XII has an amazing team behind it, I fully expect it to be one of the best in the series.

Having watched it several times now, I'd actually go as far as saying I love the trailer.

Pitt/Smith would have been a disaster. I like Pitt alot, but he is NOT Crockett. Will Smith's problem is that he plays Will Smith in every movie. As far as I am concerned, I have no interest in seeing anything else he does at this point.

Doing anything other than what Mann is doing with Vice would result in another horrid TV show-to-movie episode, which would bomb just like every other one has. Mann is clearly taking a very serious approach to it. No camp, no gags, no in-jokes... just a hard core vice cop movie. I LOVED Heat, and enjoyed the hell out of Collateral, and I'd expect no less of an effort out of Mann on Vice. The last thing I wanted to see was some sort of hack effort making a cheesy cop film, starring any number of the half assed "comedic actors" who seem to get alot of work in Hollywood these days.

What Ever Happened To Shawn And Graham? Does Anyon

Shawn's hands were too small, anyways. -
AFI named Battlestar Galactica one of the 10 best TV shows of 2005.

Comes with a free month membership, might as well spend a month playing it.

Actually, it was pretty simple, considering the amount of time I spent actively not leveling and/or playing. All one has to do is get the quest lists by level for the areas they are in, and do them all. Grinding for levels is such a waste, just do quests, the EXP reward from them in the short periods of time it takes to do them is huge. Plus its a hell of alot more fun than wandering around for hours killing mobs. As a Hunter, I found myself soloing a majority of the game (around 85%, I'd say) , along with two instances. Having your own pet/tank, being able to stand at a distance to attack, and being the best pull class in the game makes for a much easier time of things. Here is my Hunter when I quit. Self crafted Black Dragonscale Shoulders, Breastplate, and Leggings. I wasn't about to grind out rep to get the Boots Pattern, besides, you need 4 Fiery Cores and 4 Lava Cores to make them.
