Hi all, Has anyone made better quality decals for the Beagle/Toynami Ride Armors yet? Just curious. I was watching a video review over at CollectionDX and it was stated that the provided decals were already curling off. It'd be cool if we could get better decals for those beautiful toys.

These are fantastic, >EXO<! I'm in for all of 'em. How the hell do you get so much detail and paint them so well when they're that small? Amazing.

OMG. Bandai is rereleasing the BPX-01 Yamato.

You're right. It's probably not worth that much. However, it's the only good quality non-kit representation of the Space Battleship Yamato that's out there. And until this news came in, it wasn't out there.. unless you wanted to pay six hundred bucks. Those of us who missed it the first time are just glad to have a chance to get it at a relatively reasonable price.. compared to eBay, anyway. Unless another company decides to make a better Yamato toy, this is the one to own. -
Just to clarify, please.. to unlock the X-02, you have to own one of every plane in the game and pay something like four million for it?

Wow. Prayer does work. -
I bought KILLZONE. It's got a few minor flaws, but nothing that keeps me from enjoying the game. It's got the kind of atmosphere that I love. I'd play this over the Halo series any day.

Eleven levels, each one subdivided. You're almost there.

I thought this was a KILLZONE thread. My mistake, I guess.

I think the Halo series is good. Overrated a bit, sure. But still good. It finally brought a fun, easily accessible, good quality FPS to the console masses. They appreciate that, which is why it's so popular. Is it as good as it's made out to be? I don't think so, personally. There are other FPS games that I would play instead of Halo, but that's my own preference. The Halo series deserves most of the credit it gets, though. I think of it as the current-day GoldenEye. Jump in and rock, without a PC. That's why it works.

In the interview with Mr. Ishiguro on the last disc, it seems even he was hoping that AnimEigo was going to fix all the crappy animation and awkward-looking character designs. He asked the interviewer if those things were going to be fixed! Still one of my favorite series of all time, regardless.

Yeah. That's why I like it. Halo's a fine series, but it didn't grab my attention the way KILLZONE did. Both games are good. I'm just more interested in this one. Halo Killer? No. But still an enjoyable game that I don't regret buying. Shame on Sony for putting that kind of pressure on it.

When my friend opened his copy of Hellboy, the first thing he saw in the case besides the disc was the ad that said something to the effect of, "Hellboy Special Edition COMING SOON!" Bastards.

I bought KILLZONE a few days ago and I'm loving it. It's linear, the death physics are strange and sometimes objects in the distance take awhile to materialize, but other than that I see nothing that seriously detracts from my enjoyment of the game. The visuals are very appealing. The locales and weaponry look great, not to mention the Helghast soldiers (even if they do look like Jin-Roh clones). The audio is awesome! The howling of the wind, footsteps, spent casings clinking to the ground and the satisfying, substantial sound and feel of the weapons as you fire and reload are all excellent. The story is pretty standard, but the opening scene sucked me in immediately. KILLZONE isn't perfect, but the sound, visuals and musical score do a wonderful job of pulling you into that dark and desperate world. Comparisons to HALO/HALO 2 are inevitable, so I won't get into that. I'll just say that this game stands perfectly well on its own. It's too bad, really. KILLZONE is an immersive, fun game that was foolishly dubbed by the press as the "Halo Killer," which I don't think any game except perhaps Half-Life 2 could pull off. The reviews were decent, but not great. Chalk 'em up to the game being a victim of its own hype. Don't believe the hype or the reviews. Go out and rent the game. See what you think of it. You might be pleasantly surprised.

Yeah. I got those too. I'm really digging Killzone.

YES! I completely miss Tommy. The constant Jive and swearing-tough-talk really wears on me. True, they swear a lot. However, I don't think it's anything that wouldn't normally be heard in that kind of environment, given the characters' backgrounds. I could do without so much swearing, sure.. but I think it fits, in this case.

Careful. If Carl doesn't have any fat on him, his metabolism will burn hard-earned muscle tissue. For this reason, it's a good idea to include some fat in Carl's diet. That way, when you're running around town or just exerting yourself in general, you won't lose any of that valuable muscle. I've maxed out Carl's stamina and muscle, and after each workout I have him eat about five or six "junk food" meals. It provides a small amount of fat that doesn't affect his physique and it gives his metabolism something to burn off. If only it worked that way in real life. In the human body, fat is always the last thing to go.

Someone oughta make a movie out of Ross and Waid's Kingdom Come, by DC Comics.
