Request for those with the TV Super parts in-house... How about fitting the TV armor on the Vf-1J...aka the non-cannon Yamato Hikaru Super VF-1J variant? Always liked the way it looked! S

I live in VF-3000 wish land....I would love to see a large scale toy made of it. I think it is a more natural evolution of the vf-1 than the vf-4. It would certainly be much less complicated than any vf-25 or crazy 262! And if they needed to 'Stampede-Style' it, there is always the crazy option too, although it starts looking pretty goofy

LOL blast from the past We mailed those Yamato hip replacements ages ago to forum members, and for the last, lets say 10 years, I had put out the remaining replacements in a 'freebie' box at my booth at the MWCon/Super Dimension Cons for those poor souls who needed them. I think last year we might have finally run out, but I can check my packed up boxes if one is there, its been a while. I'll look in the next week or two and ping you if successful. I don't recall if this was re-enforced ver 2 hip or just another same-design replacement. I suspect the latter? S

I accidently picked up mine by the obi slip and it promptly unrolled and crashed down on the floor, so be careful of the extra heft in the book Almost lost a toe. What exactly is in the other book you got from Amazon? I've not bought that one yet.

Wow! Ordered on the 6th, got the book today. Very large box, very heavy book. Lots and lots of pictures, many I've never seen before. Order this book now and get it by the weekend for some nice reading! Yeah- I had that 'gigantic' white envelope in the middle of the 2 boxes in this pic, so that contaminated my $150 shipping experience. Thinking about it now I bet if I would have shipped them individually I bet I could have saved 50% LOL Buyee doesn't apparently make any attempt to optimize shipping, they just throw everything into a bigger box and let it go as is.
