    Yeah I'm not actually worried, I don't care if it takes a while to get to me. I contacted Luna Park cause I wanted a status update and hadn't heard anything, and a lot of others are unsure too. It's actually better for me this way as I'm still not at my normal residence, being with family during the holidays. So it's better that this isn't sitting at my door for several days.

    (Clearly quoting text works differently than it used to.. oh well lol) Ok, I emailed them. Amazingly, they responded immediately and said the following: [quote]The item has just been released. DHL is closed in Japan (new year holiday) all parcels will be moving after new year holiday on 4th January, please let us know once you receive it. wishing you a wonderful new year holiday, thanks again.[/quote] And to wit, a separate email with the shipping confirmation came as well. I guess they were just gonna send it on the 4th but since I asked they just gave me the info. They're reasoning is valid though, much as @Kanedas Bike said above, it's basically the holidays.

    Yeah I don't care how much more expensive SMS is, if hiring Xaos means getting these law dodging operations that'd potentially leave me liable, then the money is worth giving to the real professionals. And that's assuming I actually need a PMC for the job if the cost is that much of a concern.

    I'm waiting as well. I don't want to assume anything but maybe this is the downside to having open preorders, which isn't a great sign if so... But considering I ordered mine before the official pre-order date I'd like to think I should have heard something by now. I may send them a message soon.

    Agreed, I offered the idea of Ragna being the wobbly leg simply to be fair as it's not my intent to just complain about Delta. I don't dislike Delta. I recognize it has serious writing issues, and if some of this stuff isn't intentional then it's even more glaring and I believe Macross writers should do better. If it is intentional I would like to see some acknowledgment of it in story otherwise I am not sure why they are being so blatant for nothing. They could do less of this and still have the characters be the heroes.

    It's possible other branches of Xaos aren't as bad at this stuff, but the Ragna branch has to eat that I think. They may be the heroes but the writers can't be expecting us to not notice this. Even when they villify NUNS to make Xaos look good they do it where NUNS is still in the right and the MCs just disagree cause they don't like it. You ask me the writers are intending this on some level because Frontier proves they can do this without these implications. There is also the fact that Lady M seems to be a big wig and is likely only not under legal prosecution because of influence.

    Your whole post was on point but I want to highlight this cause it made me laugh and yes I know the Halo reference and that makes me love it more.

    I have no interest in the armored pack but want to see if ghost pack gets released (I'm sure it will). I'm only getting Hayate and Mirage so I could get super on one and ghost in the other maybe.. or just both.. I dunno anymore lol.

    I'm pretty confident if you want PMC duties solely, SMS is the best and far better by a wide margin. They are highly successful but that also means they might be more expensive. Xaos is as a PMC... Well... Third rate. But they might be cheaper! There is also the fact if you need a media component to your job they might know more about that. SMS is more straightforward. I think market location matters too, I'm not sure they operate in the same galactic sectors. Certainly SMS isn't seen in Brisingr, and Xaos is said to have branches too but we haven't seen where.

    Lol, I did both cause I have no control. But I never got a Hayate or Mirage in the first series (I have a 31F Messer and the 31A) so there's that. The real problem is I need more display space. Also Max's 29 is gonna tempt me. Might sell something lol.

    I wish I could join you, that's my hometown! But I'm in SoCal instead (the less populated part). My theater looks like 10 people will be joining me lol. Still glad someone is representing where I'm from lol.

    More like she was found useful by Grace for the Galaxy plans. Maybe the V type infection wouldn't work as well on a cyborg. Though they did need to sell her as an idol elsewhere where cybernetics wasn't allowed so some of it is that.

    This thread exists for this kind of thing. There is never anything bad about being thirsty for information and wanting to know stuff. Especially when we have the fountain of information that is Seto lol. You're fine I think.

    I agree but I'm not about to discount the quality of the rest just cause it's not Minmay music. I love SDFM and DYRL too but aside from a couple songs the majority of Macross music I like is from later stuff. So I'm happy.

    It's pretty common these days with dubs of shows with a lot of songs in them. I see it a lot. Though I would be fine with just subtitle releases for Macross shows.

    Macross II music was part of the release too. All that wasn't was SDFM and DYRL music, exactly in line with the agreement thus far.

    Yeah that's mostly true of me too. I remember the 31A. All those failed NY orders... I got mine through CDJapan though. Still sits on my top shelf.
