    Yeah I agree the Band on the V1s is its biggest weakness.

    The V2s are more of a casual watch, vs the V1 and the sport style watch. Each has its strengths and some drawbacks, and pretty good overall for the pricepoint.

    So some close ups of the V2s.. The cases are definately abit more plain jane then the V1s. The gimmick is the UN Spacy Roundel spins around during chronograph mode. Kinda neat. Watch bands on the V2 are "leather" with color appropriate stitching.. IMO better then the V1 Back of watch is stainless.. this time they added Robotech to it.. 😒 Hikaru TV 1J Fokker Valk 1S version Fokker Black version Fokker All Black Ver. The yellow stitching on the black watches really makes it pop IMO.

    I don't see an issue with the Grey they chose. As this is pretty generic outside of packaging, and could be used for pretty much any carrier based fighter for scale. If they made this blue, it might have turned out goofy.

    So I just got my case of V2s in. I need to open them up and check them out, but here is what I have so far. Looks like 6 in this set as well, watch face does not appear as "busy" as the V1s. Case art is a darker theme then the V1s.. shows Ver 2.0 and states.. 12 Designs.. I only see 6. Box art front and left side.. Box art rear and right side. Darker theme'd all watches sealed with a holographic sticker.. like the V1s 6 Watches in this collection. As with the V1s you can see what your getting before you open it. Max and Millia are the "rares" with only 1 of each in my case.

    Mine came in today as well. I'll have to wait till the kiddos are asleep before I can play. I like it. Comes with AA batteries for the elevator and button cell for the remote.

    I sent an email a week or so back inquiring about the Pre-order backlog and got nothing.. I'm in the same hole you are, I'd recommend everyone else pump the brakes on pre-orders.

    To be fair, I am over here looking at the odd angle on my DX Armored 1J and its not any better. I blame camera angle TBH. As for colors.. the revision IMO looks better, I do like the deletion of the Robins egg blue.

    Just came back from going to see Spy x Family Code White. Not bad, not stellar either. It is a self contained stand alone story and can be skipped as it does not further any of the plot in the TV series. If your a Fan of the series then I say go see it, plenty of Anna hijinks and the climax is pretty over the top, more like a studio trigger title then studio Wit.

    So what am I missing on the group consensus on the KC M&M armors? Is it the Robins egg blue color on the FPs and chest plates? or is it just too much of the Red and Blue and no darker color tones like on the Arii Models? IMO I don't think they look bad, actually quite the opposite. My only real issue is the Robins egg blue as opposed to a much darker grey or neutral color tone.

    OMG Date a Live V has given us 2 episodes of solid plot progess!!! The 4 horsemen of the apocalypse are upon us.. repent! lmao. 2nd Ep of Konosuba did not dissapoint either.
