It's impossible to express the depths of horror AI is capable of generating. 😱

Let's say our descendants in a very distant future, past when humanity has somehow wiped most of itself, found this footage & whatever other AI ones and thought they are real & actually representative of our present time. History is gonna be mightily distorted.

I only clicked through most of it and mostly it was nobodies in Trek cosplay rather than AI.  Still horrible though (which is why I clicked past the vast majority of it)

Y'know, ever since I first read Dune I always felt the setting's prohibition on AI felt a little silly and arbitrary.

I'm starting to see what the Butlerians were on about.  AI really is an affront to Humanity in general.

I want to say that's the worst thing I've seen from Star Trek recently, but that'd be a lie.  I've seen Starfleet Academy's teasers.  So that's a close second.  

Just EUGH.🤮
