Seems like it’s been an eternity since they’ve had a live action show on D+ for any franchise. If I didn’t have things in a bundle, I’d definitely be dropping this service. Two or three shows a year and two new movies really isn’t enough content

Yeah, we have the HBOMax/Hulu/D+ bundle and D+ gets the least amount of attention since the end of the Andor series.

Yeah, it’s become fairly useless. They really need to make some serious changes over there, they just don’t have anything anymore

At this stage, I'm pretty much keeping D+ just for Macross, Clone Wars, Rebels, Bad Batch and SW movies 1-6.

I guess it really won’t be as big a deal next year since max will be gone from the bundle and Hulu will merge into D+. Just kinda sucks that D+ had made such a big promise to have its own content and really they will just have Hulu’s content

Finally trying out Wonderman, three episodes in and it’s a total snooze. I don’t get why it seems to have high ratings other than the people reviewing it a Hollywood types that love Hollywood references. But I’m kinda used to Disney having shows where the first couple episodes are lame, then things pick up. Unfortunately I’m almost at the halfway point and this show does something worse than being totally bad, it’s just extremely boring with no bits of humor or anything to break up the monotony.

The acting seems to be well done, but the Mandarin completely steals the show but there’s really not much show to steal. Maybe episode 4 will be better, but as is this may not be as infuriating as Iron Heart or as bad as She Hulk, but it might be the absolute most forgettable live action show created for Disney plus. Probably why nobody is even talking about this show even though there hasn’t been anything on the platform for a few months other than Hollywood critics.

We watched the fourth episode of Wonderman last night and I think my lady is done. Half way through and they do a weird side story that doesn’t have a whole lot to do with the plot other than to explain a bit about why TV and Movie contracts have a clause against hiring super powered individuals. 

Anyway, it’s the best episode of the show even though it really isn’t that great and is just a filler that doesn’t really push the main story. My lady thought I put the wrong show on and kept asking me who this Doorman guy is and where the main guy went. And I don’t think I’ll be finishing this show while she’s around because she seemed angry at me the whole episode.

Halfway through the season and the Mandarin is the best thing going on here. And the best episode didn’t even include the main character. It even made my Lady angry at me on Valentine’s Day. Somehow Wonderman just made things unintentionally personal. I don’t even know if I’ll finish the show myself
