UN Spacy Posted January 14, 2004 Posted January 14, 2004 The video was a bit small but the animation was really good. Prime looks a lot better in action and the Grand Convoy transformation = Lion Voltron! It was cool to hear the OLD SCHOOL transforming sound.

Superlink is a Transformer show designed for Japanese so there will be more combining and Brave series looking transformers... I like it so far (because I am a Brave series fan)

Panon Posted January 19, 2004 Posted January 19, 2004 I watched the first one, and it doesn't seem as unwatchably bad as the previous Japanese Transformers cartoons have been but - the Japanese just seem to have no concept of making a transformer that looks good. All the designs are ugly as sin.

I keep looking around and I'm just not finding anything, hell it took me all weekend just to find episodes 1-4 of Sonic X and they didn't work. I don't find the series bad right now, but it's hard to actually keep track since I never got to see all of Armada so alot of this is just ugh right now...but I'm able to understand like a third of what's going on, like mostly the stealing of energon and trying to whipe out the Transformers by using Transformers to destroy them and steal the Energon on Earth...that sorta thing. But I'm not understanding the relationship between Prime and Kicker...or anything like that.
