STUPID EUROPEANS! That game looked awesome! That was the only game I was looking forward to playing! That blows freakin ass! -BEN-MAN-

This game was the prettiest real time space strategy of all time!! I downloaded a somewhat playable demo for it a long time ago, and I was mesmerized! The sheer scale and awesomness of the space battles in it was appalling! I told myself I would do whatever neccesary to play this game, even if it was incredibly hard to learn how to play. And it looked like it would be.. I couldnt figure it out. But then... Nothing. What the poo happened? Was it canned? Why hasnt it come out??? Anyone know? I cant find any reason on any website! And this game looked seriously awesome! -BEN-MAN-

What type of control system would you use?

This is a no brainer fellas... DYRL Setup. I want to manually transform in .2 seconds. Skill baby, skillll. -BEN-MAN- -
Hey Zentran... I just looked up a few sites selling kyosho pocket armours, and they go for like 86 bucks! Thats way outta my budget. I want something around 20 bucks. Nothing fancy. Doesnt have to have a rotating turret. Just something that works well and wont break and stuff. LOL Im not gonna spend 80 bucks on something smaller than a hotwheels car ^__^ -BEN-MAN-

I had one of the cheap little rechargable 14 dollar ones. It was pretty sweet! But the steering was CRAP. It would always go to one side or the other, it would never go straight. Maybe the more expensive ones are better. But for now... I want a mini RC Tank! But.. Theres so many to choose from! I dont want one of the 80 dollar ones with Infra Red Rotating Turret For Combat Action, LOL. I just want a sturdy dependable little thing to have fun cruising over the rubish on my desk. Does anyone know a good one? I'd be incredibly interested. If its around 20 bucks, I'd definitely go for it. And naturally.. it has to have actual tracks. Those fake ones with wheels really suck. At any rate -BEN-MAN-

My computer went haywire a while back, and so I got a new computer. A nice brand new Dell with good specs. However, I had an Audigy 2 card in my old 600mghz rig, and it didnt perform that well, so I opted to go with the Sounblaster Live series card offered. A high level one I think. So I get my system set up, hook up my sexy Klipsch THX 5.1 speakers, and start playing some MP3s... and... It sounds like crap. I enabled the Bass Management setting, which made it better. Then I tweaked the Treble and Bass settings, that got it closer. Finally I resorted to using the Winamp Equalizer on Rock preset!! But that doesnt work for all songs! I dont get it! I didnt have to tweak the sound on my OLD rig at all! It sounded just fine with an OLD Soundblaster Live card! What the hell is up with this? I buy a brand new computer and the sound is exceptionally WORSE than on my 600mghz derelect?? Is this some sort of ploy to get me to buy a better soundcard? Cause its freakin working! I want EVERY one of my favorite tunes to sound GREAT. Not one. Not two. All of them. I want them to sound like they do when I listen to them on my cheap headphones! At LEAST that good! Is that too much to ask for? Surely some of you have had a similar problem. What do I do? I've already downloaded the latest sound drivers for my soundcard.. And my friends tell me its probably not the sound card.. but then what the poo else could it be?? Any help would be incredibly welcome. Sorry this is off topic! But I cant listen to me freakin Fire Bomber music in all its glory at ALL anymore. It sounds like far away distant CRAP. No OOMPH. No oomph at all. And boosting the treble and bass only makes it sound oomphy, but like its comming from 15 feet away. So no matter how much I crank it up it doesnt sound /right/. So yes. ANY help would be appreciated. Blargh! -BEN-MAN-

BSU Legato has been helping me with fixing up my 1851 Cold Navy Revolver. Im sure he could help you out too. Its pretty neat that we have so many knowledgable people on Macross World!! I betcha different people here could enlighten us from anything from the origins of Ginger Ale, to the best whisky in Scotland Its frikkin great -BEN-MAN-

The Matrix Revolutions: Final Part of the Trilogy

The only reason I'd see it is to see those cool robots. Those robots are sweet. -BEN-MAN- -
UN Spacy, thats /exactly/ what I thought! The Fighters look like Kodai's personal fighter in the first Yamato series. The enemy ship looked /straight out of/ Yamato, including its funky little triple turrets, which were directly ripped from the ships in the very first episode of Yamato. And the heroic sacrifices were AWESOME. Only in a Leiji Matsumoto show do two of the coolest characters die in the first episode. Even more Leiji Matsumoto is.. Did they? ^_____^ its so frikkin cool. -BEN-MAN-
-
This show terrifies me. LOL. Because all the sexual stuff is hidden!! You have to figure it out on your own! And I suck at that! Like when the triplets are under his blanket as he's asleep, doing /something/, and the he wakes up screaming with a goofy expression on his face, and two of the triplets start yelling at the third who now has a shy "oopsies" expression on her face, and Im left thinking "wow, she gave him a bj." but did she??? It tears my mind apart when I watch that show because I just cant figure it out! LOL! But yes. This show is pretty good, especially if your a little pervert. -BEN-MAN-

I absolutely love this series. I've been waiting for an HK of it to come out, but I might end up plunking down the money for the DVDs eventually. Its so frikkin sweet!! Like.. SOOO frikkin sweet!! If you want a series to watch and leave it with that bubbly warm feeling in your body, definitely rent this. Its frikkin awesome. Betcha wouldnt think I would like this eh? ^___^ Its that good -BEN-MAN-

Cyber Formula GPX, the music.

8 views...? For a series with Shoji Kawamori designed futuristic racing cars pushing their drivers to the limit? I thought you people were made of sterner stuff. -BEN-MAN- -
That'll be freakin awesome! I cant wait! -BEN-MAN-

Your crazy DNA! I would absolutely die for a toy of that Armored Tread!! The Tread was alwyas my favorite giant robot from the Mospeada series (I think i prefer the awesome ride armors over all), and this is just frikkin WIKKID. If Stick Bernard had one of these honnies at his disposal the entirety of the Inbid (its inbid! isnt it? in Mospeada?) would have had the crud kicked out of them instantly. LOL. This is the most bad ass awesome design I've seen in a VERY long time. -BEN-MAN-

Yes, I was commenting on this show earlier. Its a freakin great show. I've already seen one episode digisubbed. It blew my mind. I had no idea trains could be that cool. -BEN-MAN-

As I listen to the songs over and over again... It dawns on me... The presumably made up band, G-GRIP, which did 4 songs that I know of for Cyber Formula, has made the best anime music ever! Seriously. Its probably the highest quality, most wonderful anime music I've ever heard. So, naturally, this leads to a question... Is there any other G-Grip music? Did the band that did the music do anything else? I hope this thread isnt swept under the rug.. Because all Japanese Music lovers should be interested in this. The G-Grip singer girl has one of the best feminine singing voices EVER. Its so.. womanly, and sexy, and FRICKIN GREAT. I could listen to her sing / 100 million bottles of beer on the wall/ and I'd never get tired of it. And yah! Thanks in advance for the replies! If there are any! LOL! -BEN-MAN-

What I mean is.. The base pin is rusted so that the cylinder cant turn around it. So we were trying to get the base pin /out/ so we could clean everything up. However, it simply wont come out. Do you think its just really corroded? Or is there something were missing? Right now we have everything dissasembled, except for the base pin still being firmly stuck in the cylinder. Ya know. Were probably going to just buy a new base pin and cylinder, but yah. -BEN-MAN-
-
Ok, we got everything apart. Except we cant get the Base Pin (the pin that holds in the cylinder) out of the cylinder!! Should it just pull out? is it screwed into the barrel? How should I go about getting it out normally? Thanks a bunch! -BEN-MAN-

But Im curious! I at least want to know if mine is the first one. -BEN-MAN-

I havent been able to figure out which Gall Force OVAs go in which order. I have Gall Force, Earth Chapter 1 through 3, by U.S. Manga. Is this the first of the Gall Force entities? When does Eternal Story come? When does "Gall Force 2" come in? Im so confused. If I could get a good list, in order, of all Gall Force series, movies, and OVAs it would help me out a lot. As it is, I havent been able to figure it out, and even the dude who sold me these cheap tapes at a convention wasnt quite sure in which order everything goes. Is my 'Gall Force: Earth Chapter' series the same thing as "Rhea Gall Force" ?? I seriously dont get it. Thanks in advance! And I know it seems like I ask a lot of questions, but I havent been able to get them answered anywhere else! So yah. I come here because I'll probably get an awesome answer And yah -BEN-MAN-

I think you have to like the show, at least a bit, in order to like a design. But thats probably just me. I really like Destroids because of how cool they were in Macross. I agree, you can like a design to a point, without liking the show. But I would absolutely never buy a multi hundred dollar toy, if I didnt know a slam dip-crap about the show its from!! The Dancougar mecha is sooo much cooler when you know how they act in the show, and the personalities of their pilots. The Votoms mecha are simply dorky if you havent watched the show and realise how awesome they are in context! The Gold Lightan is a completely bonkers acid hallucinated piece of crap, unless you see the show and realise that its actually one of the coolest robots ever, in an incredibly funky, but legitimate, way. Its a similar way with Dougram, Dorvack, Xabungle, all of that. And yet people seem to think that collecting the zillion dollar toys is "Awesome!" but watching the actual freaking shows is "Kiddy, and stupid". Most toy collectors have a serious problem. They'll defend a funky vinyl Iron Gear to the ends of the earth, but they'll jump you and make you out to be a "kid" when you say how awesome Xabungle as a show is. They have /problems/ man. And again... Im not neccesarily talking about anyone in this thread. Im talking about people I've met at conventions, and people at Toybox DX, etc. At any rate.. -BEN-MAN-

The toys definitely seemed far more adult than most toys out there today. There were so many neat weapons and stuff that you could have tons of fun making even just two of the figures battle it out together. It was awesome. Theyre probably the only american toys I'd ever consider collecting. Was the 5 episode TV series animated by a Japanese or Korean studio? I've seen some screencaps, and it seems a little too... Nice... For American 1985 Animation. Maybe done by the same asian studio as the Thundercats? Yes, I know the thundercats is american, but I had always thought it was animated by an asian company. It looks far too... Anime style, with all the 'shinys' and stuff to be american. But at any rate. -BEN-MAN-

My brothers have these old toys they call "Sectars", theyre weird insect people with insect eyes, that have many guns they can hold in their holsters or hold to fire. The main enemy rides a big spider thing, and theres a glove part on the bottom, so you can "control" the spider with the Sectar rider. The main leader has a pet "insect dog" with 6 legs, where if you press a button on his stomach his mouth will snap, like he's biting. And its all very weird. The figures are bigger than most. The person figures are around 6 inches tall, and yah! Were these from a TV series? Who made them? Whats their actual name? Its a curious subject. -BEN-MAN-
