Meh, I dont really care which manufacturer makes the toy. If it looks good and is acceptable I save up for it. Alot of it is subjective, but mostly quantifiable. The powercrotch in the DX 1/60 is really disturbing. Maybe it will grow on me.

Based on looks only, I would say the 1/60 v2s got it, although with its faults plus the size actually is alright to me. The antenna and tail fin pressed against each other really bothers me though. If I had a huge amount of display space and a bit more extra cash, I would probably lean more on the 1/48s, despite the huge chest and small hands (I would probably let them sit half gerwalk/fighter).

What bout my star @ Formo as the first. Next in line would be lion. Loved Seikan Hikou and Ai Oboete imasu ka (Bless the little Queen) version but they arent in there.

Shes my favorite Zentran on Frontier. Really disappointing that the Pixie squad didn't have more character development. Would have been exciting to see Zentran PoV of life post-SW1.

Yeah possibly luck of the draw for the 1S. I have a S&S Focker and a non S&S one, both are fine. However one cant tell, possibly a ticking time bomb. I hear November for the 1J. 1D probably next year.

My VF-1S ver2 seems to have some gray paints chip/rub off, particularly the lasers on the headpiece. Anybody have suggestions on how to repaint these?

I havent read a post about any problems with the -1A's as of the moment. Personally no problems with mine aswell. Some people say its better to get the 1S without S&S.

Since we are talking about animation production chose DYRL. At its time the animation was amazing. It still even is comparable to some animated shows now. Zero was really good, but no suprise with the rise of computer based animation.
