finally got around to loosening the shoulder screws on my 1S. piece of cake, nothing to it. now my blood pressure doesn't rise whenever i change its pose. thanks to SDK for doing it first...
if you're still in manila, try looking for the gnu at greattoys goldcrest makati , i got mine for 1,100P. if they're out, there's a store near them that sells it for 1200P.
could be... so far all the pics i've seen were right shoulders.
i also noticed that the part where the intakes/thighs latch onto in fighter/gerwalk are metal on the new 1/60 whereas on the 1/48 it's plastic. personally, i would've preferred they kept it plastic coz its a friction part and it'll be annoying when the paint starts chipping coz this part is visible in fighter/gerwalk modes, unlike the other metal parts w/c are hidden in all 3 modes... 2ยข
thanks for that link, really nice vf-4... if someone was able to do that in '06, bandai should have no excuses making the vf-4 by next year.
... but that's some funky transformation... arms and legs near the middle of the wings???
just watched gg... HA! PIRATES! all i can say is "aye, aye Kanchyou!"
Mac 1/4 vs. Battle Frontier anyone?
scanned through it again and it hit me that Michael is really not coming back...
i'd be pissed too if that happened to me... the plastic covering the pin maybe a little on the thin side when compared to some TF toys that use the same type of metal pin (w/ teeth on one end).
man, that's bad news... hope you can glue it back on somehow and not end up like the pic linked in the other thread by David H. (http://macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?act=...st&id=56116). i already have the scratches on the tailfin...
any info about if these MacF valks have some kind of attachment or slot for it to be mounted on Bandai's Action Base stands, just like for Gundams? that would make it easier and cheaper to display these.... or would these be too heavy?
i would get the max only.
holding out for hikaru1S for this series. too many hikaru and enough of that potato 1A head biggrin.gif
hikaru 1S would be a good re-issue for this line.
