    Yes, I can see that because abosolutely NOTHING was mentioned about the Space Jockey in any of the Alien films. Even in the original Alien they didn't go into what the space jockey was or where it was from. He was just some poor alien who had been killed by a xenomorph..period. So, I can see how the space jockey and it's story could not be connected to the Alien xenomorph story. Which sits fine with me because xenomorphs are played out!!

    GOOD!!! Now I'm interested. After ALIENS, I got tired of face huggers and chest busters, and the xenomorphs; bring on the space jockey!!!

    Me and my parents thought the same thing when we saw Mission Impossible in the theater. Why make Phelps the bad guy, why not just kill him. I know they wanted to make Ethan the lead character but they could have found a better way of doing it!! Really, Phelps could have stayed on as leader because Ethan really took the place of Rollin Hand, being a master of disquise, and even in the TV series Phelps really just put the team together and gave the instructions; he wasn't that active in the field! Blast, that makes me mad the more I think about it, it wasn't enough for Cruise to be the lead agent, he HAD to be the leader AND the lead agent!! Making Phelps the bad guy so Tom Cruise COULD BE THE LEADER IS SOME OLD B#@&*%!!!! *Pardon my French*

    Well, If he is, it must just be a cameo because he's definately NOT in any trailers or featured in ANY promotion of the film. I hope they don't do something stupid with his character like shoot him in the back!!

    True, but the action still centers around Ethan Hunt: Ethan Hunt's protege is killed, Ethan Hunt's wife is kidnapped, Ethan Hunt is branded as a tratior, etc. How many episodes of the original Mission Impossible had all the action centering on Mr. Phelps? Sure, every so often there was a story involving his past, or an old girlfriend but most of the missions did not directly call for him to be the "hero" while the others just "help" him carry out the missions.I suppose nowadays that works, having Cruise run from missiles, dodge explosions, climbing large buildings only to freefall to the streets below while his team watches him, but for me (and I have all 3 Mission Impossible movies on DVD) I'm getting tired of Ethan Hunt. I'll see MI-4 even though Ving Rhames is not in it, but after this PLEASE NO MORE ETHAN HUNT!!!

    I think that's because it's no longer "Mission Impossible" but "Mission Tom Cruise". MI1 is the only movie that had the feel of the original TV series. All the others should be retitled: "Ethan Hunt: IMF Agent"!

    Several things I've been wondering about the C-X16. First, the price. I 've watched every video and read every article I can find and nobody agrees on the price. Some say the C-X16 is in the price range of the Porsche Cayman and others say it's to compete with the Porsche 911. There's a BIG difference in the price between those two; Also I read and heard that the C-X16 is supposed to be an "entry level Jaguar" does that mean it's priced below the XF? Also what about the 2013 XE? MOTORTREND reports that the C-X16 IS DEFENATELY COMING OUT AT THE END OF 2012. Well, is Jaguar going to lauch both the XE and C-X16 at the end of 2012 or is the C-X16 really just a concept car?

    I think I'll do the same or at least wait until the price drops. I've seen most of the missions on youtube as well as the cutscenes and that will hold me for awhile as I have played the demo.

    I've just finished playing the demo and to me it seems like NAMCO decieded that they did not want any Ace Combat fan to blow through this game! Whatever knowledge or skills you might have built up over the years playing the previous installments, will do you little good here. The enemy pilots have now mastered the art of "flying so slow that you stall in order to get them in front of you" and "flying constantly beneath you". Engaging the closs range combat and firing the gun gets sooo confusing especially when flying between the buildings. Smoke from your guns,debris from the enemy plane,and the destruction from the buildings all gets jumbled together and sometimes I forgot that I was flying a plane!!!! Getting shot down and having to eject was a nice touch though. I played the helicoptor mission only twice and got shot down both times. I still want this game however only if they have an "original mode" that lets you play the game without the close combat.

    So older blu-rays work in a PS3 without upgrades? The reason for my outrage is due to my misunderstanding about blu-rays. I thought they were like DVD's and I never had a problem watching them on my PS3. I don't own any blu-rays nor have I ever rented them I've always bought and rented DVD'S. Today, Blockbuster only had one copy of THOR and it was a BLU-RAY so I thought "My PS3 is a Blu-Ray player" and I rented it, not knowing about needing upgades to watch newer Blu-rays. Will I need upgades to play newer PS3 games likE the new Ace Combat game? I only played PS2 games on my Ps3 waiting for a new ace combat game.

    Can somebody help? I thought the PS3'S were BLU RAY players, yet when I tried to play a THOR Blu-ray disk in my PS3 it said that it needed to be upgraded?!!! and I can only get it upgaded online and I don't have an internet connection for my PS3!! I'm glad I decided to hold off buying STAR WARS on BLU-RAY especially now that my PS3 DOESN'T PLAY BLU-RAYS!!!!!

    Question: in the ps3 demo can you still use the triangle button to track your current target? That was my favorite feature!!

    Well, I haven't played the demo but from what I've gathered the player assumes the role of a "certain" pilot right? The same pilot that has the nightmare in the trailer? The same one who appears on the friggin box?!!! I DON'T LOOK LIKE HIM AT ALL!!! STABB YOUR EYES NAMCO!!!! For years I've enjoyed Ace Combat franchise because as the player I assume the role of a fighter pilot;an unnamed,unseen,unheard fighter pilot. I wasn't playing a specific character,I was being me. Mobius 1 that's me! Wardog 1 that's me! Galm 1 that's friggin me!!!! I loved the idea of playing the part of a fighter pilot in a squardron. In my mind while I'm playing the game, that's me in the cockpit, not some character that Namco wants me to play! I'm still looking forward to the game and I will buy it, only I hope Namco includes a free mission mode so I can be me and not col. whoever I'm supposed to play as!!!!
