  1. I read somewhere that you can soak yellowed plastic in denture cleaner and it'll do the job without damaging the plastic.
  2. I'm sure you can get it fast but that shipping is expensive for my blood. I think I had saved quite a bit when ordering it domestically but of course the drawback of it all is that you have to wait it out and just enjoy the pics you guys post for the meantime. Yeah but no pig blood kits in the US ?!? Wink! wink! I dunno, here in Canada, it makes good sense to buy direct from HK cause I'm going to pay duties anyways wether I buy from the US or HK and shipping that is stangely just about the same as what I'd pay when I take HK speedpost (3-4 days) or registered parcel from the US (let's say from L.A.). Also, I this specific case, I just don't understand why and how but I paid 0$ duties so life is really good ! that my be the difference between us.
  3. I'm sure you will be extremely impressed with the MMMGQ Sword Impulse. My MMMGQ Force Impulse blows the MSiA Force Impulse out of the water and is far superior IMO even to the MMM Strike toy. The range of articulation on the MMMGQ Impulse is outstanding and the toy can pull off some awesome action poses. Also the MMMGQ is great quality all the way, excellent construction, well finished, super poseable, nice tight joints and holds its weapons and accesories really well. I haven't been this impressed with a toy in many years. Highly recommended. Graham WOW ! I just got mine and all I can say is it is indeed a fantastic rendition of the impulse. Like you said, it is lighter than the Stike MMM but it is extremely well articulated. Only two small things that I dislike a bit but not enough to be disatisfied at all is the screw caps that are loose in some spots and the fact that they did not put a little pilot in the core splendor's clear cockpit. I just can't wait for the sword version, I'll certainly grab one too but my real wish would be that white zaku... please god, inspire bandai to make one....
  4. Guys, I really like our resident friendly sellers but if you want your stuff quick, nothin beats dealing with Hong Kong directly, hell you can even order a pint of pig blood in the same box and there you go, instant ebola puke simulation kit to slip out of the office in a jiffy. Please take pictures of your boss' face when you go do your show in his office, I'm sure we'll all get a good laugh. Konig Monster from Toy-Wave: 120$ (150 shipped) Pig blood simulated ebola puke kit: a couple of bucks The look on your boss' face: priceless My 2 cents
  5. Stickers are from Takatoy (1/48 low viz) and the canon is stock.
  6. And a last one to show that my VB-6's canons are no smooth bore polite "may I blow you up please" type of weapons !
  7. A little side picture to show of the big ass crest on the side !
  8. OK, Before I go to bed, I present you my very own Blue Roses VB-6, gaaaaahh I love it !
  9. I'm sorry to report that if you find your yf-21 to be floppy, you'll have your hands full of the same "flop" when you get it. It is indeed HUGE and when I say HUGE I mean HUGE like I need three hands to hold it type of HUGE. The thing I really don't get is the legs, I just can'T get these in a solid stance. The instructions have been photographed by Mongo the instruction photograph so don't expect to get real good clues on how to transform there. Now that I have exposed my negative comments, I gotta say it is imposing and the color is really nice. I actualy stickered it up with some remaining Takatoys Blue Roses scheme and it kicks ass. I actualy (and strangely...) like the bomber mode best because it is soooo big and intimidating. I like the toy a lot but I gotta say, my low viz remains my most beloved macross toy ever still.
  10. and the canadians hit an all time low... faking being sick to play with toys??? and i thought i had problems. Hey ! I'm the boss there so I can fake whenever I want... For me, it's just a question of honor... and them not knowing I pay for toys Anyways, that pig blood thing was true Stephen King material
  11. Drink coagulated pigs blood during your lunch break and then vomit at office... it will look like you've bled out into your stomache... one of the nastier signs of Ebola. Have fun. WOW !!! Sounds like a great idea ! where can I get pig blood in this neck of the woods ?. Damn !!! where's pig blood when you need it ??? try a chinese market. seriously, pigs blood is a common food item. Forget it man ! Just thinking about pig blood made me puke all over my office, clothes and some employees( some deserved it actualy), you should have seen the scene, they actualy pushed me out of the office themselves at my complete amazement and delight so thanks for the great tip. Now I gotta clean up and brush my teeth before I play with my spanking new monster (no, not the one in my pants you pervs...) Yahoo !!! (gone to swoosh and bomb the bejesus out of my stupid cat)

  13. OMG !!!! OMG !!!! I just checked the tracking number for my order from Toy-Wave and it's waiting for me with my impulse gundam at the post office !!! What to do? what to do ??? I have already simulated every illness know to man in 2004 ranging from diarrheas to heart attacks to justify leaving the office early, should I simulate ebola by breaking ketchup enveloppes in my eyes, ears and nose ? would this work, is this too bold ??? Hey it's 2005 !!! I can start from scratch with diseases starting with letter A so I'll go with something light like anal cramps ( I do have them, I really do!!! ouch !!) , COOL !!! see ya later !
  14. I own both versions too and they are indeed a bit limited in the articulations. It's just the weight I admire, it's rare to find a toy these days that is so heavy. Anywho, you got me all psyched up about the impulse. I am certain I'll end up with all 3 versions anyways cause they look very well done.
  15. , ah but maybe it was the other way around. After the war of all wars, you finally get to settle down with one of the most beautiful girl in world, and you already have previous experience in "you know".. so i'm sure they did lots if "this and that" maybe a bit too much, that's why Kira always looks tired like a old man. Lacus might want it every night so much that it even tired a super coorinator out.... Anyways, I think Lacus is just a front, I'm pretty certain Kira is gay... (runs to dodge rotten tomatos and vile insults from Kira fans )
  16. Mmmm, A metal material Zaku. That's kick serious butt. I just wish they'd make the metal content as high as with my metal material Strike though. I haven't received my GQ impulse yet but I kinda feel bad about reading in your review that it is lighter than the strike. I really like the feel and weight of my strike mmm, I have not seem a toy yet the commands as much respect for that scale.
  17. LOL !!! I was thinking the exact same thing !!! guess he's gonna have to play with his "monster" by himself... (inside joke from a famous thread...)
  18. And greatly appreciated. Thanks for the repost !!!
  19. Leave it to the Macrossworld crowd to twist and jerk a good thread...
  20. Just found another one of those HERE I wrote the guys and he wanted 182$ to ship the item to Canada. I told him at this price that he better teleport it or something.
  21. Would certainly be big enough to attach pyrotechnic rockets and simulate mini aamram missiles but then again, who would want to risk having this mini misille blow up that magnificient toy ?
  22. Dunno if he put the eyes stickers, That's be an impressive way to present your monster to a new girlfriend.
  23. Simply amazing... I was once comming back home in my car when I saw a RC plane doing loops over a field. I tell ya, in the distance, I couldn't tell that it was not a real plane so I tought the pilot was totaly nuts and careless. I can only imagine my reaction had I seen this F-14 flying over my neibourhoud... I would probably have packed my stuff and family thinking the US was invading Quebec or something... Really cool find !
  24. Nice, Any idea what the scale is and if they are decently articulated ?
