  2. Especially since that someone seems to be an alien with huge eyes and green hair and.... It's not a someone, its a something !!! Aaawwww....
  3. You know in my case, It's actualy the VB-6 that broke me (financialy...)
  4. Wow ! Now that kind of party is not the kind of party you talk about near the watercooler unless you want to be part of the permanent "geeks that don't get any" club. This one just hit an all time low to me...
  5. Cool stuff, Thanks for posting. So far the consequences for our sibblings seem very bening. Zodiacal light looks cool.
  6. I'm hoping they do make a GQ Zaku Warrior. I'd buy one of each color at least. Graham That's what I am praying for these days... That would rock
  7. I apologize to say too that I thought DYRL sucked. As much as I love the valks and queadluun's I always found Minmay (in the series and DYRL) to be a major annoyance. When she sings, it's just like someone scraping a blackboard with their nails and the story is, ahem ! a bit light in terms of interest. That does not make me an enemy here does it ? I hope not.
  8. Cool ! Thanks for the pictures. What I am really contemplating of doing is revesing the orientations of the tabs that are used to retain the legs in bomber mode. I think that if I could acheive this, the wings would sit much closer to the fuselage and cover some of the huge gaps that appear in bomber mode. Has anyone tried this yet ?
  9. Cool, Looks like Cagali is getting her Strike Rouge equiped with the IWSP (integrated weapons system pack) just like the one we keep seeing in Dengeki !
  10. I'll take the crab hysterectomy special please
  11. Gawd, I'd say a chinese restaurant would be a good place to start looking. Giving her a huge floating tuna head may help break the ice. By the way, what does that have to do with anime ? isn't there enough matchmaking site on the web already ?
  12. Geez ! I'm getting to like the MSIA lineup more and more. How good is the quality, I mean, are they made of cheap waxy plastic ? is there panel lines ? are they tall ? do they get floppy after a while ? Please tell me.
  13. I don't get this one, Why, since the molds are done and all the yada yada around developping such a toy, why is it not sold in the US already ? can someone explain this to me. Is there licencing issues ?
  14. Great ! I tought I was nuts. The only obstacle would heve been the cockpit I guess, had he designed the VB-6 that way.
  15. Has anyone ever looked how good the shuttle mode looks like when you fly it upside down. Geez, Kawamori should have designed it like that because the nose's inclination is more natural that way and the absence of a proper tail in the back is less of a problem. Don't know, just my 2 cents
  16. The best color schemes for the good guys are the ones found in the 8th Ms Team series. I don't know, the just don't scream like "Coco the clown is going to blow a nice baloon for poopoo" type of colors. Still, having a white gundam standing out of the palm trees and walking in the jungle still puts the 8th ms team at a disadvantage compared to green zaku I think. Maybe I'm just getting too hold for all that gundam fashion stuff
  17. Because you got a liberal monster, mine leans to the right so I think it's conservative...
  18. We have a genius in the room guys Is that your way to make me feel old and senile ?
  19. Me too, Thank actualy the only beef I have with gundam in general. I think the colors schemes of the gundams are a bit childish and tacky (big red shoes, yellow and bright blue torso etc...) and make some of them look more like clowns than war machines. At the complete opposite you have the Zakus who have nice, more conventional and beleivable paint schemes but with clown heads.
  20. I second that motion. Carl Yup, We'll need this all the time.
  21. To my knowledge, the VB-6 does not have landing gear. There's no lineart for it in the Design Works book, and every single instance of it being on the ground has it in Gerwalk or Battroid mode. Does anyone have any information to the contrary? I haven't seen any line art with landing gears either but I still maintain that such a machine would require some kind of add-on booster to go back to flight mode from the destroid form. Once on the ground it would be protected by lighter battroids while bombing the crap of it's enemies from a safe distance, battroid mode would be used only in last resort situations when the destroid would be surrounded and would need to engage in hand to hand, close quarter combat. I'd say that in battroid mode, the VB-6 could inflict quite a bit of damage due to it's sheer size and weight. Once the mission is complete, a crew would come and add some kind of booster to the destroid to allow it to go back in space, I say this because if you need boosters to send a VF-1 in space, just imagine trying to send the VB-6 in orbit on it's own, very unlikely... Landing gears may also be futile due to the weight of the bomber mode. Just try to imagine looking for a landing surface that would be strong enough and wide enough to withstand a landing from this beast. I know that this is totaly not official info but I just think it makes sense.
