That review makes it looks amazing. I want to wait for the Ozma but at this price I might just get the Alto model. Will take forever for me to build since I have so little free time these days but it should be worth it. I have to ask, and no I have not checked the rest of the thread because I don't have the time, does it have to be painted for it to be anything other that white or is it all stickers? I don't like painting models so that could be a turn off for me. If it is stickers then I can live (I find it annoying to put them on sometimes though). Also does it come with that white stand?

We can only continue to hope. I shall wait as always.. but the Ozma 1/72 model is looking really good right now.

Wow this thing looks so nice. I wasn't going to get the model but I think I might buy the Ozma model when it comes out since it is a good price and I am a little depressed at the latest pics of the 1/60 DX.

It would have been my first valk, probably not the best choice, maybe I should just go and get one of the new 1/60 Yamato VF-1s as my first. At least I know it will look good. I'm not giving up on the 25 just yet, people don't get to say 'I told you so' until the final thing is in stores and then it turns out bad. I really like the 25 in the show, so I have to give it a chance. Till December then.

Finally watched... wow, there is not enough I can say about this. Amazing episode, can't wait to see the end, even though there will be no more after that (still hoping for movies or OVA).

Perhaps, but let us remember the VF-25 utilized Ex Gears to help the pilot, I bet they help deal with G's better than the old flight suits. As for the VF-27, they said that only cyborgs can pilot it because it is too much for a human body to handle. Sounds like Mr March has a lot to add to M3 now, this is amazing info!

After much waiting until I could get a good copy of the episode and subs I finally saw this. A good episode, basically a calm before the storm kind of story. Ranka and Brera finally know they are related. Brera seems to be under Grace's clutches now though. There will be a noble sacrifice I bet. I find it interesting that Grace's cockpit VR looks like her normal VR, and she is a Colonal. The next two episodes will be non stop.

As I figured, but it is useful to have another opinion. The reason I ask is because while I really like how Battle Frontier looks in Attacker, a friend of mine who has never seen Macross (and probably never will, he doesn't like many anime nor does he want to watch anything in Japanese, also seems to hate subtitles for anything) was speaking about how he thought it was such a dumb idea (having not seen the show he couldn't see the cool factor that I do I guess) and I had really no reason to tell him for why the ship turns into a giant robot.

On that note I have to wonder what is the purpose for Battle Frontier to transform at all if it can fire the cannon so effectively in carrier mode? Besides it looking so amazingly awesome when in storm attacker mode there really is no extensional purpose to it. Some people say it can fire in a greater arc but I don't see this as enough reasoning to necessitate a transformation into a large humanoid robot. Don't get me wrong I like that aspect ans I think from that one picture Battle Frontier is just awesome looking in robot mode (seriously Bandai, Battle Frontier toy, work on it), I just wonder if there is a purpose now.

True which means any valk then could use verniers to do this, however they rarely do because of gerwalk mode. Meanwhile the SV-51 is specifically mentioned to be able to do this, indication it is used.

I don't remember ever seeing that the YF-21 could VTOL in fighter, why do that when you can go gerwalk? I know the SV-51 could VTOL in fighter though.

Anyone have a high resolution version of that scan showing Battle Frontier in carrier and storm attacker mode? I'd really like do see a better version of that picture.

Large rack on a size 0 frame doesn't sound well proportioned, I don't think that would mean much to me, but each person has a different opinion on what is good. Far be it from me to say anything against someone about who they liked. Yeah I think you don't have to worry much about Macross 7 and nudity or anything. This should probably get back on topic, enough with talk about girlfriends and all that.

I hope I get a large red Bomba sign when I finish 7, I'm half way through the series but I am not disappointed with it (still not my favorite, but I do like it) and I like Fire Bomber music a lot now.

Battle Frontier looks so amazing in Attacker mode. Its shape is so much nicer than Battle 7 was, the bigger legs help that I think, and the body seems smaller more compact which works very well. The color really works for it as well. I so hope Bandai makes a figure of Battle Frontier, me want!!!
