    I've been rockin a Migraine most of the day so brain is at half capacity. I think I meant to say Yamato vs. Arcadia. I saw alot of people were concerned whether the older (Yamato) SSP's color would be the same as the Arcadia. And as far as I can see they look virtually identical. As for the Valkyries themselves, Hikaru's looks like a faded old car on the Lot with the Yamato off-white compared to Roy with Arcadia's super white finish! You're going to be very happy with your new VF, guaranteed!!

    Ok, so I pulled out Ichijo and put it side by side with Roy's FP's, I'm going to say the Arcadia is the same color as the Arcadia.

    I'd have to dig out my Hikaru VF-1S but I think that Armor color is more grey than this one. My Roy 1S armor seems to be a Bluish-green color. Definitely not the TV shade, but seems slightly off from the Yamato color.

    Got mine in this morning from HLJ!! I'll simply say this, this version of the VF-1 is the most secure ever made, even with the Fast packs on, nothing wiggles or jiggles.... simply solid as a rock. And for those of you wondering will the white be pinkish in color, mine is solid white. I see no signs of pink or purple to it. Well worth the price tag for this one!

    Agreed with the prices. I got super lucky last year, a MW member had Hikaru's 1S & FP set for dirt cheap, no box but had all the parts. But those deals are rare. I'd really like to see Max's 1S reissued, I missed out on that one. There are none even on Ebay right now, not that I would pay $1,000.00 for one anyways!

    Congrats & welcome to the club! Guaranteed this will not be your last 1/60 V.2 Valkyrie purchase. As for a Hikaru 1A & 1S, one can only hope!

    That is good to hear, the 2SS gerwalk is not the greatest thing ever, but looks vicious with the SAP attached! Since I am planning moving in the next month or so I had to start boxing everything up, but when I am in my new place I'll keep mine in Battroid as well. The little stand squires do help keep it stable in fighter mode, yet Battroid looks best. Sure wish the model masters here would have made some of those Intake covers to hide those swing bars, Instant buy for me!
