I can't exactly recall.......but I think during the first screening of G Gundam in the states they had a 1:1 scale either Shining of God Gundam.......or am I thinking of this F91 head?

It's good to know they're really pushing hard after the failure of Sentinels and 3K. I'm actually SLIGHTLY looking forward to this....just a month away.

I didn't like the animated series on MTV.......I didn't care for animation style, or story, I was too young to understand it, and because of that I'm choosing not to even see the movie....the trailers turn me off completely.

I recall IMacross4 before it was debunked had Robotech the untold story as well.....I had it before my computer crashed. Low quality Realplayer version, course its gonna be recorded off of a tape, there is no DVD or Laser Disc version....that would be impossible.

Yeah but I also bragged on being the best Male VO pilot. And she could brag on being the best Female VO pilot cause there weren't any female vo pilots who stepped in to claim the title Plus hell she had a customized White Power armor, you can't get any better than that From what I remember.......When I first got outta the Macross, I already had a blanket of missiles coming at me. So I full throttled shaking off what I could, switched into Gerwalk and doubled back. Went too Battroid shooting at her with what I could use, and nothing. I can't remember if she got me or just heavily damaged me cause I remember leaving the Macross again. After that was when all the crazy stuff happened. I think all I used was the Gunpod to blow her away I was wide eyed going "WTF? I beat her" Those are the type of games I like lol.

I'd like to see online play too. I remember doing some of that with VO with ppl..........>_> I challenged Quadronno if anyone remembers her......haha.......that was a great fight lol I destroyed her Meltran ship was in Battroid mode going "Where is she..........uh oh!?" Turned around and just fired away at her.....blasted her

My opinion, your better off with MR's if your looking for a Christmas gift, you'll find more of the Windu and Vader sabers in stock compared to anakin's or Luke's cause they sell out fast. If back in July you did Park's you could of made it in time, but I'd only use them if I had like 8-10 months of ahead scheduling.....meaning almost a year before I'd use 'em for something like a convention and needing an outfit. Not too mention its expensive, 275-400 dollars...... MR is cost affective, and more widely spread.

Agreed, he's got a tracked history of designing as simple as backgrounds for shows. I remember an interview he had many years ago, he was asked how does he create his transformable mecha? His response was this, he thinks of the robot as the alternate mode, not the original that transformers into a vehicle, but the other way around. He would take his ideas and think how each piece could be transformed or manipulated to create something human like. At first he would take his ideas and go "Hmmm okay here's the robot form, now lets turn it into an air plane" but he thought it didn't look believable at all. So he tried the oppisite, "Okay here's my fighter plane. Now what's gonna go where?" Course his designs such as the VF-1 etc were all inspired by actual fighter planes in the 20th century and on. But lets take escaflowne for example. A machine which can change into a skeleton like Dragon, interesting accomplishment. Now did he design the machine as a humanoid than figure out how it'd become a Dragon or did he do the oppisite? I'm sure it didn't take too much messing around. But what I liked was his mobile suit designs for 0083 since he was the mechanical designer. He took the essence of the original series and blew it up to what was probably the most believable most aw seeing mecha I've ever seen someone do. I think as a designer of Mecha Kawamori is good, I'm sure others say "blah" towards his work, but he's someone who thinks of the realism, and makes you go "Wow, how'd he do that?"

They've already done Luke Skywalker ANH, its virtually identicle to ESB isn't it? Luke shouldn't of known squat on how to repair one of those things since he had very little knowledge of the force and didn't really start his training until ESB........bah! I'd like to see a QuiGon Saber as much as anyone else.....I hope for that day very soon. Darth Maul would be leget since we've all seen the prototype pictures. And I'd kill to have a Vader ROTS saber!

Hmmmmmmmm i'd diffenetly paint it, for the cost you'd figure it'd have a good array of detail to it.....but alot of those flashy highgrades need work.....I remember how much my Strike took...second one came out MUCH nicer than the first.

You know the scary thing is if your boss did let you have the day off cause of A1......you know world domination is a glint in SOMEONES (not saying WHO) eye. oh! I believe that's who Tiffany Grant is married too.......and he produces or directs ALOT of ADV projects............................................like Evangelion.......................

I haven't really posted pictures of the Zaku I got from Amazon back when it was cheap cheap cheap. I'm sort of miffed off, well now I'm really miffed off of the fact that I somehow misplaced and more than likely never will recover the coil that goes around the head unit. Without that the Zaku looks really damn hidious...if anyone knows where you can get a replacement or something please lemme know so I can look into it. But here are the pictures I just recently took of the Zaku and even standing next to Strike, which was shocking enough to see how similar in size they really were. Also I'm debating if I can't find a replacement coil for the head, to just take all the armor off and just have it pose as an Exo skeleton.

And I'm also doing a bump here since its a few pages back from the top of the thread listings. And I'm tired of all the repeated threads. Guyver Fansubs has Released Episode 4, I wont give away the location though I'm sorry But since Guyver Fansubs is a Torrent file, I'm sure you can find it just about any torrent orientated website. However I'm up too Episode 9 of the Raw's, and I recommend just waiting till a fansub comes out for each episode, its REALLY hard to follow if you don't know japanese....its just alot of eye candy.

Considering ADV will only release 4 episodes a volume and it'll take about 4 months or so before another volume is released, your better off with AnimEgo, they're done, but discontinued selling the product. But that doesn't mean you can't find the DVD's. I don't like the subbing font AnimEgo uses, but its readable, its bold, and its not done in a color that blends in with anything in the background like some groups who have to change a letter or an entire word so it doesn't get blended in with the animation. Plus, you might save yourself more money getting AnimEgo's than ADV's...no doubt because ADV will have Japanese and English subs, it'll be between 14.99-29.99 pending where you go (just stay away from suncoast).

Jesus 0_o when you look at the comparison shot of the Freedom to the S-Freedom, you can see the differences they've made, though its slight, its noticiable...that's sort of weird.

No matter how long they'd make it, it still wont correct the poor choices made when making the series....I wish they'd just kill it.

It sadly never really made it past the theaters. It went up against Transformers that kicked Robotech's ass like.......well words can't describe. The Robotech movie didn't get alot of air time for commericals like Transformers did, Robotechs Trailers were shown VERY VERY early in the morning while other trailers showed on prime time. It did make a very brief appearance on Beta but after that it went off the market. Very rarely will you ever see someone trying to get rid of it cause the copies been burned I had the distinct "pleasure" of seeing the movie, the ending was specially done by the same group who did Megazone just for the movie, but the splicing of the Robotech Masters and Megazone 23 was horrible. The picture resolution was very different from eachother along with animation quality was VERY VERY different. The story also reused alot of animation thruought MZ23 and Robotech Masters, it was sad. The dubbing was just flat out horrible, but the only good side of it was the music, which HG still keeps around. Like it was mentioned above, just get Megazone 23 Part 1 and you'll be happy. I contacted Harmony Gold a few years back when they did the first launch of Robotech dvd's if they'd release the untold story like they would with Sentinel's. They explained they no longer owned the rights to Megazone 23 (both true and false since HG is allied with ADV who owns the Megazone23 rights). Not too mention all the editing footage, vocals, special materials used to create the movie, even the altered ending no longer existed. It's like the Rosewell crash never happened but with Robotech.

It helps till you've done roles that appear on a single popular cable channel where your the host, and many of the shows you've performed in are constantly being shown. I remember last year hearing him doing 7/11 radio and tv commericals going "DAMN THAT'S STEVEN!" He's probably ranked on there as one of the most used and popular voice actors of anime and television, I believe the guys actually been on live action tv shows but I can't recall. Don't get me wrong, I like Vic, he's a nice guy, alot of my fellow VA's have met him and say he's just great to talk too. I think his role as Edward in FMA is great. But some reason......I just can't pin him down as Hikaru......than again I don't really see myself as Hikaru when I do my fan projects. But still I'm willing to give him a shot for a few episodes. That'd be interesting to see, his voice work reminds me of that one guy who was in the STNG movie, where he played the crazed doctor soren wasn't it? I liked his performance in EVA, should be interesting to see. Interesting choice, I can see it sort of.......but honesetly I havne't come across an ADV produced anime that didn't have Tiffany Grant in it cause she's married to one of the producers....I don't think I have one ADV done anime where she wasn't in the damn thing in multiple characters.... Almost the same with that one girl who played Nene in Bubblegum Crisis 2040....she's in EVERYTHING.

Sometimes its hard to know who certain people are in dub projects. Many go by other names to either make the industry look bigger, or so fans wouldn't haunt them and tell them they suck or their wonderful and stalk 'em. I've got alot of friends who are in the official Voice Acting industry and they say sometimes companies recommend you change your name around or completely to throw off others so they can't go "THAT PERSON SUCKS!" And start boycotting the anime.
