Just got my replacement VF-1A CF head from the seller.

There is a God out there!!!! The seller is willing to exchange the valkyrie for me!!!!.... Excellent service from TFH...

Well it doesn't look like it was damaged by a machine or melted.... Oh well! Have emailed the seller, see if he can help out. *Prays*....

Eh well... It's just there... kind of like it wasn't moulded properly... It's came straight out of the box like that...

Here you go... Anybody know the email add of Yamato's customer service? I want to ask them if i can get a replacement head. Sorry if this is OT....

After reading this thread about your missing heat shield, i went to check if mine was there... Phew!... it was. But once I pasted the stickers and transformed it, I was shock and disappointed to find the moulding of the head was bad. There was a small hole on the front side where the vents are. Aargh!.... I think the box design for the CF.... Totally SUCKS!!!.... What's with Yamato?? The box design is one of the crucial parts of attracting someone to even notice the product on the shelves.... tsk... tsk...

I've got the 4th re-issue and I see no difference between that and the 3rd and 2nd. It's all about the luck of the draw... My skull on the tail fin is straight but I saw other pieces where the skull was crooked. The QC is the same except on the parts that are die-cast, the white paint doesn't match with the white plastic. Besides that, it's all the same... Worth getting if you don't already have one... Waiting for someone to custom their FPs to match the CF....

ha ha... Even if Yamato decided to sell the anime hands as a separated set they would most probably package them in boxes the size of the 1/48...

Expect the box to be roughly the same size as the 1/48 boxes... huge-mon-gus...

This month the CF is suppose to be out soon. Followed by the re-release of the 4th Edition of the VF-1S Fokker and fast packs. And by the end of the year the GBP..... Jerry

Well if you consider the amount of stuff soon to be released from Yamato, it's good that they are not releasing everything at one shot.

That would explain why some of my local dealers suddenly have the 1/48 VF-1J instock...

Imagine they release a LE Low vis version of the VF-Os....
