Rolling forward is ok since it's against the folding hinge. Rolling backwards, not sure. But from the looks of it, the hinge of this one is tight enough. Hey David. Did you already ordered one from those preorder reopenings?

No retractable wing gimiks for both Yamato's Ver 2's and Arcadia's reissues.

I don't think the upcoming Hi-Metal VF-1J GBP comes with the 'small wings' effect. And neither did Yamato's Version1. The first gen Hi-Metal just came with extra wings with hard points for missiles.

I hope so. Coz I don't want to start all over again with the Version Ups. Unless Bandai decides to release a DX VF-1's... Now that's a different story.

You're welcome, Ryoma. But it's not an excuse. You paid a lot on it so you have to inspect it. In the end, I don't want to scratch my head for something I purchased without inspecting it for not opening the box only to find out there's a missing or broken piece and I can't contest the store now since it way past their 14 day grace/return period.

Good to see that everything is locked in place. Yeah, somehow I want to display my VF-25F/S with the shoulder armor aligned to the neck but it's kinda felt like it's wobbly and not solid. I guess, to each his own. -

None so far. But at first, I was afraid. I thought I scratched the black paint on the nosecone area when I was trying to position it on the back part while transforming it. And so far, there's none. IMO, the paint applied here is kinda more durable than the ones in YF-30. Anyways, time will tell.

Good for you, Yeti. Had a hard time transforming this than Arcadia's. Hahaha! Great pic as well on the YetiStand. By the way, just want to let you guys know that there's no option to store the Gunpod to the shield like Arcadia.

I'm not trying to scare you... but really... IT IS. Good luck preodering one on the less than 5 second window that they offer. Oh... and be careful too on those so-called 'cartjackers'. Now I'm pretty sure you know how ugly it can get during PO nights.

Seriously, when you browse toy/hobby forums, including this one as well, people do post some scans or announcement from the toy makers itself. And we get idea on when is the PO date. And sometimes, if you browse the online shops, they will post a dummy page or a placeholder and states when the preordering will start. But all in all if you just follow this thread, you'll get to know soon when's the PO date. Click on the 'Follow this topic' button on the top right of this page and make sure that the notification is clicked too so that if ever someone posted a preorder date, you'll receive it directly on your email, then you can watch out for those online shops and prep your finger on pressing F5 on your keyboard during the PO night.
