  1. No one couldn't afford this new mold release from Arcadia if they do it in PF format esp with their current pricing going on for new molds. But if it is in PF format, I'm assuming it will instantly cost us Y55000 for it. Remember SV-51 is bigger than VF-0 plus the famous PF treatment. Wow. I just realized that the VF-0 cost us Y37584 at MSRP. Would you guys think that a regular non-PF SV-51 release will cost us around Y45000 or something?

    Bandai DX VF-31

Actually it is. Though sadly thru their lottery system. But yeah, hopefully after that lottery system thing is done and everyone is focus on the upcoming DX VF-31A, they should re-announce again that it will be available via Tamashii Web Exclusive. Or if Bandai wants us to panic more, do it general release instead.
  3. I think MacrossJunkie did his before on his DX. Have to dive in back to previous pages to find what he did to his canopy.

    Bandai DX VF-31

Actually, I was late to see that BIJ link. And when I saw it, it was already sold out. But finding out that it's money down, even though it's available, I'll probably skip it since I'm literally short nowadays. If it's next month, I will. But if it's pay it afterwards, with that said price, I probably put one in.
  5. I missed the 1/72 part of the comment. And here I was thinking... "Oooh what a clear yellow gold canopy you have."

    Bandai DX VF-31

Bandai should release DX Arad's 31S first before his 31A. Pronto Bandai! Here's a big 'WHAT IF'. What if Bandai decided to release Arad's 31A after the Cannon Fodder 31A release but only to be available via their wonderful Tamashii Event Exclusive and Lottery. What would everyone feels?
  7. Why regret? Nobody can predict this will become a shelf-warmer or something. Which is worse? Paying the full MSRP? Or pay extra half the price or double of the MSRP from 2nd party sellers because it's already sold out? Atleast, you already secured one no matter what's going to happen after the initial release. Just saying'.
  8. I reposted your post on the Mazinger Z thread.
  9. Wow! That's the first time I've seen that. SOLD! Not sure now if I'm mad at you for showing that to me. Hahaha! But man, thanks for that. I don't care if he's the reason Prime got killed in the first place but he's going to be mine... soon. Any more info about this toy if ever? And how good is Generation Toy as a 3P? Can you give me an idea how much their TF toys cost? Thanks!
  10. For me, I rather watch an original follow-up story or some continuation than watch a retelling one. This is based on my personal reasons. Watching anime regularly at this point in my life is non-existent. I really have to make time just to watch something. And by saying that means, I even couldn't finish one in one seating. And sometimes it gets too tiring to see a retelling version of a series. Because somehow it means that the series wasn't good enough in the first place or something to that effect that it needs retelling or some sort. Some of the reason too is to 'introduce' a new collectible figure down the line. For that reason, I'll forgive them if it's a follow-up/continuation story. Atleast it gets to justify the introduction of a new fighter in the story rather than replacing an existing fighter in favor of the new one in the retelling of the story. And to be honest, just by doing so, it's messing up the canon-flow of the story. Why not do something like what the 00 Gundam did after the series. They made a 'continuation' movie. I rather watch something like that. But hey, in the end, retelling or a new story, I'm still IN for a new Valk. Looking forward to your report antibiotictab.

    Hi-Metal R

Just an FYI. VF-1S Messer is in stock at HLJ for Y7600. https://hlj.com/product/bann16164
  12. I brought all my Revoltech figures here actually from the Philippines and now they're somehow safe since the weather here is not as hot and humid back there. But so you know they're in great shape. There's no deformation or such. It's just that feeling when I used to play with it back there. Though now I'm planning on letting them go as a loose set via eBay. I just need to sort them out since I don't have any more space for everything. Hehehe.
  13. Hey Mike! Thanks for the trivia. Good to know that I learned something about this new TF figures. Though I got lost on everything but this one piqued my interest since I only buy Hot Rod/imus. But just so you know not everything. Just the ones that I really like. Any chance that we have a sketch or drawing for that Mountain Lion Rodimus?
  14. I see. Thanks for that info. I do have that old Hasegawa 1/72 VF-1S Strike Battroid from before but it's in the Philippines. I will try to ask my sister when she have time to have it scan so I can compare.
  15. Thanks Slave IV for the fast reply. But how's the material nowadays? The only gripe I have with those first gen figures is the PVC material. Esp in hot countries, it tends to give that gooey sticky feeling when playing with it.
  16. Hey Mr.Cheng. I guess like I posted in your decal thread earlier, I'm kind of doing this my own thing since I'm mixing what it goes based on the instruction manual and adding some decal here and there based on the Master File books. But I just stopped since the Super Packs is not correct. I really don't mind if it's not correct as long that all of them should somehow have different designations rather than all of them have the same labeling as NP-001 or something. So is Hasegawa somehow more correct with designations? If so, I might try and buy those 1/72 over eBay soon and see how it goes. As for the Hasegawa VF-1S Strike you're referring to, is that the one for Battroid or for Fighter?
  17. Hey Mr.Cheng. To be honest, I would love to go the Hasegawa look. But I already started mine with those purchased 1/60 waterslide decals and just make the best of it. So beyond the ones in the instruction manual, I added some here and there based on the Master File book so you can say I'm kind of doing my own thing. Though I need something for the Super Packs since the ones I have are wrong. I might try those Hasegawa ones from eBay soon and see how it's going to look.
  18. Great hauls everyone! I used to have the first gen Revoltech figures from Eva's to Getter's. I stopped buying Revoltech after those non-transforming VF-1's. So I'm not familiar with their releases nowadays. How is it compared to the old ones?
  19. Shelf-warmer now. Expensive later.
  20. Like I said before. THIS fixes should've done the moment they started reissuing VF-1's. 'Nuff said.
  21. I can't help but notice, but that Leonidas kinda felt like a crossover between Zoids and Transformers. I'm really not a Transformers guy, well except for some G1 stuff. So basically, I can't keep track on who's who. But I like how it looks.
